Wow, you've done a great job with this photo! I love her expression and angle. Also love the lighting. Simply beautiful. Might I suggest a few things, though, for improvement. One being the title. Such a grand photo, and the title doesn't match. If you have an explanation for it, I'd highly encourage you to post said explanation. Also, the blank space to her back creates a deep dramatic effect, but becomes distracting if there is too much of it. By diminishing the extra negative space, you will make the photo easier on the eyes and create a vivid focal point.
Overall, excellent work!

Very piercing eyes, and the sand/sugar/whatever grains they are almost beckon to be wiped away with a careful thumb, yet at the same time there really is a delicacy to the person underneath that you're afraid to touch. I love your work!
