are you sure? It could be anyone of these
1. Mathematics.
a. a quantity possessing both magnitude and direction, represented by an arrow the direction of which indicates the direction of the quantity and the length of which is proportional to the magnitude. Compare scalar (def. 4).
b. such a quantity with the additional requirement that such quantities obey the parallelogram law of addition.
c. such a quantity with the additional requirement that such quantities are to transform in a particular way under changes of the coordinate system.
d. any generalization of the above quantities.
2. the direction or course followed by an airplane, missile, or the like.
3. Biology.
a. an insect or other organism that transmits a pathogenic fungus, virus, bacterium, etc.
b. any agent that acts as a carrier or transporter, as a virus or plasmid that conveys a genetically engineered DNA segment into a host cell.
4. Computers. an array of data ordered such that individual items can be located with a single index or subscript.
βverb (used with object)
5. Aeronautics. to guide (an aircraft) in flight by issuing appropriate headings.
6. Aerospace. to change direction of (the thrust of a jet or rocket engine) in order to steer the craft.
No, still?

well, if you read what you posted you can find "which" vector this work is....
obvisously is not biology, aeronautics, aerospace....

I am convinced that you do not know, I don't think anyone knows anymore. The meaning was lost to history and whoever first used words loosely ,without the aid of a dictionary (to rectify their ignorance), is to blame.
I do not blame you for your lack of knowledge and unwillingness to share what the true meaning of vector is. I will find someone more capable of rendering an explanation. Have a great day!

so if you have such knowledgment, why don't you share with us, poor brainless, instead make this "I know more than you" game?
Anyways, If I know or If I don't know, doesn't matter...I just want to make illustrations.
have a nice day.

Wonderful concept and execution of that concept. I love the use of a limited palette and I love the large block shadows. I love how you handled the striation on the body almost as if we are looking at muscle instead of skin. I especially like the highlights in the face around the eyes, cheeks and down the nose. The soft glowing detail and branch work that you used to represent ideas of the mind is wonderfully done. I especially like the organic branching feel that can seem transposed as a connection of wires as well. Fabulous piece!
