Description
It's Derpy with a rocket launcher. Does there need to be a description?[/edit]
Based on a comment where someone wanted to make a background with Derpy here's a 1024x768 version of it with no background (PNG):

Heres a Jpeg version that fits the file size for using it in TF2, in case you want to use it as a spray (I know Jpegs suck, but I had problems getting it to load as a TarGa file, so . . . Sorry.) :

.PNG is the most common file type that supports transparency. Just add an alpha layer, select the background and delete it. Sadly, .png doesn't work for TF2 sprays (for whatever reason), so I usually use the TarGa format.

TF2 sprays always have to be .Jpeg. Anyway, I always save in .PNG, so changing this up shouldn't be too much of a hassle.

File size also has to be below 256Kbs. (Just got done checking it.)

S'truth. Although, fun fact: if you import a file that's above the size, it will shrink it down to 256kbs automatically. Doesn't always do it well, but most of the time, it still looks alright.

I heard negative reviews about the Black Box. Then I went ahead and tried it, and honestly I had no complaints whatsoever. Am I missing something...?

The Black Box is great for new players and intermediate players, horrible for experts.
Why?
An expert Soldier NEEDS all 4 rockets in his clip to do all the fancy rocket-jumping and like-a-boss air-shotting, and knows exactly where all the medkits are on a map, and so, doens't need healing as much.
A beginning/intermediate Soldier just appreciates the heal-on-hit, and doesn't mind the -1 rocket per clip.
