Very cute. Love the robot. How do you get the whole line-variation thing?

I draw all of it using the besier pen tool in Illustrator. Think of them more as fill shapes than lines

Besier pen? I looked all over and all I can see is the pen tool that lets you just do normal same-width lines.

Yep there the same thing I thin they got rid of the term besier You basically make your line with the pen tool but don't deselect it at the end but then come back around and join it back to the start of the line...it's a little confusing to explain but I get asked this a lot so I'm going to see if I can make up a tutorial on this

Haha, I like the kid with a crayon up his nose. It reminds me of that Simpsons episode.
The little pet girl is cute too. Good idea you had, just throwing loose ideas together.
Good stuff. 8)

That's fine. I can see your usual one. You need an outsider's perspective.

It's no problem at all, I use illustrator CS to vectorise all my illustrations, I bascially place my sketches in illustrator and then trace over them.

See now I can't wait for those I didn't realise you drew and then over-inked with illustrator. I thought i was straight to illustrator, no paper and ink involved
