After HYDRA Supreme supposedly killed Steve Rogers, Dorai underwent a specialized training on a secret S.I.N. facility, unwittingly becoming the first self-aware Winter Soldier. After Li-Fen was taken by JP and Chun-Li was being involved in JP and Roxxon’s schemes, Dorai had to escape C.R.A.D.L.E and recruit a band of teenage superheroes that will expose Amnesia and Roxxon’s involvement on the creation of Underage Superhuman Welfare Act.
