Story:
Better known as Bucky, Dorai is the son of Chun-Li Zang and Captain America Steve Rogers. His father died at a young age. He vowed to bring the responsible to justice against his father's killer. The Fascist Steve Rogers. Although that could prove to be difficult, as he was tainted by the Satsui no Hadou. Chun-Li refused to train him, so he used the S.I.N. training modules of Captain America, Gen, Fei Long, Juri Han, Winter Soldier and the Dolls achieve his goals. He was accepted into C.Viper’s Hero Program. At the end of the fight against the Fascist Steve Rogers, he was stuck in 1940's and remained to protect or improve the timeline while waiting the right time for being reunited with his loved ones.
