These are the Marvel vs Capcom. NextGen Avengers, that fight for defending the people's happiness from the clutches of Neo HYDRA and their viciously disturbing master. HYDRA Supreme.

Captain Han- Hyo Sonn Han / Team Leader.
Fightstyle: Taekwondo, Savate, Defendo.
She is the daughter of Batroc the Leaper and Juri Han. She uses a Feng-Shui beta engine. Unlike Juri, however she depends on the device for her activities. She’s as agile as Batroc and have her mother’s strength. She’s in a relationship with Dorai Buchanan Rogers.
Moves: Fuhajin, Fuharenjin, Leaper Sweep, Leaper Kick, Kaisenrenkyaku, Shield Slash, Shield throw, Rising Rage Flash, Feng Shui Charging Star (self taught), Charging Star

Winter Paragon/ New Bucky- Lieutenant Dorai Buchanan "Bucky" Rogers / Second in command.
Dorai’s the son of Chun-Li Zang and Steve Rogers. He’s lost his father to Fascist Steve Rogers. Since then he’s in a warpath against Neo-HYDRA. Unlike his parents, however, he isn’t squeamish to get his hands dirty, much to the team’s concern. He delved int the Satsui no Hadou to fight him, as HYDRA Supreme acquired the Tanden Engine and artificial Psycho Powers.

Ultimate Iron Spider- Peni Parker/ SP//dr former pilot. Hacker
A spider girl from another earth, she was rescued from AIMBrella by Captain America. She’s dutiful and selfless. She convinced Dorai from becoming a Vigilante and encouraged him to join S.H.I.E.L.D. Hero Academy. She manage her Suit SP//dr suit with the help of a little spider which she has a psychic link.
Figthstyle: Inkai Karate, Spider-Man Fightstyle(on board SP//dr)
Moves: Web throw, Spider Throw, Web Swing, Inkai Crawler Attack, Mecha Crwaler Attack(on board SP//dr)

BrawlBot/Night Monkey- Luis Miyabi/ Tech Operative, hacker, corpsman.
Son of Mary Miyabi (from Cyberbots: Full Metal Madness) and Luis (from Antman) he joined the Hero school to prove his worth as a potential hero, to redeem her mother and prove that Latino people are worthy of respect. After Torunn destroyed his REPTO FZ-900J hurling it towards SP//dr suit in the test while making her Get Help!! technique he decided to incorporate the FZ-900J parts to restore the SP//dr suit and help her in everything he could. He and Peni fee something for each other, but they doesn't say it. Peni was mad at him for revers engineered her 17:A2 suit for making his 18:A Night Monkey suit.
Fightstyle: Old School Boxing, Vaquero, gun-fighting forms, Miles Morales Spider-Man modules.

Panther- Tanso Matsuda/ Light infantry.
He’sthe son of Laura Matsuda and Eric Killmonger. Killmonger decided to stop his ways after he got beat by Laura and become her apprentice and paramour. They got married and had a kid that they called Tanso. When he got age, after Killmonger's death, T’Challa and Azari, took Tanso to return to Valkanda, without his mother. He became an A-List Hunter and killed monsters to ensamble a makeshift carbonadium Black Panther Armor while searching for Zora Magdaros. After Defeating Azari, he escaped back to the Old World and searched for his mother outside Valkanda. He ended up being mistaken by Azari Monroe and drafted into S.H.I.E.L.D. hero academy.
Fightstyle: Matsuda Jiu Jitsu, Hung Gar Tiger-Crane Kung-fu. Ansatsuken fist basics.
Moves: Shock Claws, Chain Lightning Claw, Huntsman Scourge (Same movement as Predator Arts) Wall cling, Panther Grapple, Hadou Burst

She’s the daughter of Jane Foster (Thor) and Thor Odinson. Born in XGard, she was used to high-tech and adventure. After her training with her aunt Aldrif Odinsdottir, She a claimed the Mjolnir and Dynamo’s Beamsaber. Her father sent her to earth to learn the value of human life. She dislike the earth (Midgard) but she had her own reasons for going to the Earth. She like her teammates. Specially Dorai and Hyo Sonn (her friendly rival).
