Desc: PepperFrost is arguably the friendliest out of the Cand-Es. Her wide eyes and happy demeanor always give off a feeling of warmth and comfort. The only issue is that she has no mouth. It doesn't seem to bother her though. Maybe one day we'll finally know what she sounds like!
