Mind control (Can Take control of multiple people, even stand users, by freezing their very minds in place. drawback to controling stand users, Midnight blue cannot control Stands that have very high Psychic or mind abilites.)
Mind Eraser (can erase the minds of his victims if he chooses, and can actually kill them in the process if not careful.)

Final Report (a last resort as it is. if he can no longer Control anyone or use his stands other two abilities, He can make him and his stand Detonate into a blast about half the power of a nuclear explosion. Can be countered)
