UNDERWATER WITH WATERCOLOURS. I SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE.
This really reminds me of all the best things in the very opening to Bioshock. Has that odd art deco/Bladerunner fusion to the city aesthetic, and the slightly wobbly, saturated water look to it all really tops it off into something unique.
I would be intrigued to see a Big Daddy in your style...
