Luminesca is my spop oc! One of three, actually, and I love her so much everyone fight me.
She's a princess of light, and her power is basically producing balls of light. They can range in intensity and are mainly good for heccing someones eye sight ngl. That or I've also imaged her light having healing properties when used on others directly. She passively glows! But it's not a lot, barely enough to be noticeable at day, but at night - yeah. Yeah its obvious.
