So this is again Kira. This shows her other form in which it changes when she is really pissed. Her grow almost all over the body feathers and her strength increases. Normally, she would always look like this, but she manages to suppress this form the most of the time, only her tail always remains. Only when she loses the concentration she shifts back to this more animal like form.
