click on the download button on the right side or else it will not work

after you click download, there should be an option to save the file (it does for me, im on mac)

you must open the file in an art program with layers!! like firealpaca, paint tool sai. i dont know if it works with deviantart muro.

ive had lots of people complaining to me about unable to download them ;-; and i really cant help about that

this is actually all i can tell to make the downloading work

and please dont ask me to send them through emails, not just i dont know how emails work,

and if im going to send you it, its the same file or the same link ;-;

i also made a version that is not customizable but its png:
