Another idea brought to you by ~Miniyuna through me. *laughs*She brought up this thought that Davy Jones would be mad about pollution because he was the sea... and this came out of it. YES it's weird and random and sketchy, Gahahaa.
AND REMEMBER. KEEP YOUR WATERWAYS CLEAN, PEOPLE. TRASH GOES IN THE TRASHCAN.

Where I live there are signs up all over stating 'Litter and it will hurt'. Yes, it refers to the fine you'll have to pay, but I prefer to imagine a situation like this instead. Or perhaps involving ninjas...much more amusing and effective then having to pay mere money for your transgression!
