I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY I DREW THIS. So far, I hadn't written Norm into the story, and I don't know what his connection to Vlad would be... *laughs*Well, whatever, I'm just attached to the Villain school uniforms I guess.
Drew them together cuz they're two of my favorites, ya know? And I haven't drawn Norm in a while... felt appropriate. *laughs*

I haven't watched this show before, but I really like the composition of this image. It has a nice art nouveau/antique poster feel to it with the way the genie curves up to frame the image as well as the smoke.
