Far out, man. I wish I could photomanipulate this stuff for you. Digital post-processing is incredibly effective for creating atmospheres. My own works is a pretty good example of that; I like to take photos with an intent in mind and then edit it to generate the mood I want.

I used PhotoFiltre (google it); it's like Photoshop, only 1,000x easier.
Still, the raw photographs are excellent work. This one's a fave as well.
