So long story short, this is a new character of mine, another Vortixx cause that's my main thing now these days. Like Malathion, he came from a similar Toa Empire Universe to the one Tuyet and Takanuva encountered each other, they're friends, however not only was he separated and forced to fight a futile fight, he was the brother of Cydronix in that universe, that Cydronix died and he went on to fight in his presumably lost friend and brother's stead, losing limbs and replacing them with prosthetic replacements along the way until he too, was ripped from the fight into the same universe the Cy y'guys are familiar with is in. Aside from all this, he and Cydronix are not aware of their bizarre relation to each other other than looking similar. He also has developed an ability with his shield where whenever he blocks an elemental or unique attack, his blaster will mimic it to an extent with how the projectiles work. You hit the shield with a vampiric ability? Now every shot he nails you with will have a life steal effect and will heal him a little for example. Its not permanent or anything and he can only mimic one at a time. So there's that.

Aside from this, those Protomen Act I & II albums inspired me a ton to make this guy.
