Not too much has changed, but they have received some TLC to their traits, anatomy and sheets to polish them up.
Some traits have been removed and some added.
Most noticeably Shingalings can have doll ornaments to their body that includes zippers, stitching and frills.
If you have a item that grants this, you can swap it out by supplying a rare trait to exchange it at any time through claims.
