Sorry if this is a bit late, work has been kicking my ass. So after redesigning Braixen I decided to redesign Delphox however this time I thought it would be more interesting to stray further from the original design. So I really pushed that witch idea giving her a long tail/cloak since in media witches would often have robes and in folklore witches would wear animal skin to turn into that animal. I made the ear floofs more pronounced as it gave her a stronger silhouette and almost a demon-like vibe as witches were thought to worship dark magic and such. Which is why I gave her a bit of a darker color scheme with pitch-black eyes, I was originally going to make the eyes purely dark but I added pupils to give it a more fiery look and because the idea of a pokemon is that they have to look like they could be your friend instead of a soulless monster. Made the legs longer to take more of that animal witch inspiration and to make it almost wendigo-like since I kinda tried to make them resemble hooves and thorns a bit with the pointy edges. The fire in her chest obviously got bigger just cause it's pretty, the same goes for the staff except the reason the staff is a bit simple because if I make a mega for her I really wanna incorporate the staff into it a bit more. asdf Sorry if the colors suck I struggled with em quite a bit.
