Iβve had this finished for awhile now I just never got around to submitting it. Itβs Belldandy in Gothic Lolita.
I tried to make it similar to her style hope it looks like something she would actually wear.Belldandy is copyrighted to the makers of Oh My Goddess.

Approximately 10 hours- the background took an hour.

But, I wouldn't say that dress is Lolita at all. It doesn't look anything like the silhouette that the Lolita Fashion follows. It might even be opposite.
