Iβve had this finished for awhile now I just never got around to submitting it. Itβs Belldandy in Gothic Lolita.
I tried to make it similar to her style hope it looks like something she would actually wear.Belldandy is copyrighted to the makers of Oh My Goddess.

Approximately 10 hours- the background took an hour.

I honestly would've said Blue or White is more Bell's color, but it's Gothic Lolita, so I can't complain much, since Lolita is so gosh-darn rare around here!

Although I find her right wing quite too small, you could have extended it out of the screen, even though we wont see her whole wing, the proportion of size would be more correct. No offense though! I aint as good as you are, just trying to help you out.
