Another attempt at a different outfit and gave Tilly a simpler hairdo....Lol sailor based outfits...yeah can't see sam being too pleased in that outfit, maybe that's why he takes it out on everyone through "accidents".
Probably come up with more outfits later. Maybe. Unless I like this one. Chances are I'll still try more xD;
