Originally called "Tootsie Pop" in her adopt file, I left it at Tootsi cuz I think Tootsi looks cuter xD

This was just a quick sketch with flat color I did because my hands were already dying from previous art, and I just REALLY wanted to draw her ASAP, so please excuse the messy lines.

Please dont use this as a ref of her omg, I didn't do as good as I hoped I would. Note; NOT AS GOOD! Not terrible! I didn't do bad! I'm not saying I did at all. Just that I had higher expectations of myself tonight.

Either way~ My very first pic of her and she falls under the upcoming christmas season~ She might grace my profile when December rolls in.
