I apologize for anyone ending up at this page by searching for the African country but it's the same when I'm searching for houses and get the doctor from the tv show : P

This is Libya. She is a friend of a Night Troupe main character and there's something about her design that is so oddly appealing. She looks so different from the average anime girl. So appealing that I almost wonder if I should recycle her design in another work (I've done that before heh).

Background: she's rich (lots of rich people in TNT because it basically has what I deem as the ideal society) and has a flamboyant but straight brother and lives in a historic house in which her history-loving mother decks out.
