Time flows much slower in the realm of souls.

Days in there are only minutes in the mortal world; years only hours.

Djieas guards those that have deceased no matter the species or cause; be it sickness, accidents or crimes. She restores their energy of life so they can be born again.

After Rakh’s madness, Djieas took over the task of guiding the souls after their death into the realms.

However… some souls escaped and still remain in the mortal world, unable to let go of their former lifes; all of them carrying the parasite.

The souls following Djieas in this picture are restored and ready to be born again.

I’m not sure if I’m satisfied or not. It was supposed to be a bit darker with a different lighting. But it came out like this. And that’s ok I guess XD

Also, the sparkles in the background aren’t stars, neither are those clouds or dust. All of them are souls.
