It's been awhile since I've drawn something for myself. Sailor Neptune has always been my favorite Sailor Senshi! Decided to do some fanart of her. I also had found a new way of coloring eyes as I was getting tired of the way I have been doing it as of late and needed a change. I absolutely love what I have done! Will continue doing them this way
