Bio: David was once a scientist in Stan He was working on a project about seeing if it's possible to save a human soul by transferring it to a new body. But one day he was knocked out by his jealous rival Jing-sheng & used David as the test subject by planting his soul in a Golem Soldier drone Jing-sheng planned that if the project he stole from David is green lilted he would have an army to destroy anyone who cross him. Only to be ruined when David's sister Susan found out & launches the drone to a location far away meanwhile in Starlighttopia the drone crashed right behind the Academy only to be found by Sir Integra. After he turned on he forgotten everything due to Amnesia Sir Integra decided to name him Goliath due to her reading David & Goliath after naming him she told him that he could be one of the protectors of the multiverse so he agreed and now his new life begins.
Trivia: Both David Silverhawk & Goliath's names are base on the book David & Goliath. Goliath having Kamen Rider Arc-One as his final form is because Both David & Goliath and Noah's Arc are biblical stories.
How Goliath can transform into Ark-One is because Jing-sheng instaled a rebuild Ark Driver in his core & Ark-One Progrisekey in Goliath's head.
