Description
The Scissors Raise Buckle is an Unused Raise Buckle which I decided to make a fan version in Fusion Chronicles all the unused Raise Buckles are created by Carmilla for Desire Riders of the new world Desire Grand Prix who fought both inside and outside the tournament The Scissors Buckle Allows the user to access Armed Scissors, which is equipped with the Raise Scissors.
