Toontober2023 prompt 4, King Features. This is Mandrake the Magician, scene from the opening to Defenders of the Earth. The printout of the screenshot was so bad, with so much black in the pic that I could hardly make out the outline. (Since my black ink was bad/out). Still, for that, it turned out pretty well. Though I can see a few things I would've liked to have done better. Oh well, I'm a little slow with switching styles, and I had just finished Prompt 3 which was a different style, before starting on this one.
