Agent Unknown is a mysterious character from the prequel story, “Fantasmi-Color” primarily set in 1960s America. This figure was a part of the Office of Paranormal Affairs and their major contribution to history was archiving eight disks with the history of the Office of Paranormal Affairs with much detail.
