CrystalPhoenixBlader here, bringing in another chapter to the fanfic! Things got tensed up when Kammy appeared, huh? So how are Mario and the Idols got get through this one? Stay tuned and find out! A Dance Battle Against Lemmy?! Azusa’s Redemption

*Insert Theme: “More Danger!” (Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door)*
Mario & the Idols wait in standby as they look at Kammy Koopa without getting spotted. For some reason, the old hag was just hovering there on her broomstick.
“So, what should we do?” Ritsuko asked Mario, looking a little tense as a drop of sweat fell off her cheek.
“Well-a Kammy is-a smarter den-a Kamek, AND she cannot be-a easily fooled, something-a tells me we had-a better confront her. By da way things are, it looks-a like she’s-a waiting patiently for us.” Mario suggested as he gulped.
“Guess it couldn’t be helped...” Producer-san sighed as he decided to personally chaperone the Idols in case the situation turns ugly. The remaining Idols, of course, were nervous and not looking forward to what the old crone has in mind.
*Rosalina’s Comet Observatory ~ Main Hall*
Trying to overcome their own hesitation as best they can, the group left the room, only for Kammy to notice, as she brought a few Koopatrols along for the ride.
“Mweeheheheheee! There you are!” The old crone cackled, which unnerved the Idols.
Peach was first to speak to the Magikoopa matriarch, “Kammy Koopa! Why have you come here?! You AND the Koopa Troop!!”
Adjusting her own glasses and safely getting off her broom, Kammy spoke, eyeing a serious looking Mario, “Thought I drop off a special someone here to have a playdate with you and the Idols, Mario.”
Of course, Rosalina was quick to figure out WHO exactly Kammy wanted to send back to her observatory. “The Ball Bouncing Turtle who attacked my home and kidnapped my children and newborns along with those other little monsters?” The cosmic princess quickly accused with a stern face, but just before she can get a response, a Koopaling with a multicolored Mohawk and crossed eyes atop a yellow circus ball bounced in, looking pretty offended.
“Monsters?! So rude of you, Star Princess!” The very Koopaling pouted.
*Insert Theme: Koopaling Battle 1 (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)*
Lemmy Koopa glared at the group, mostly focused on the two people he disliked the most. “The only monsters here are those meatball munching Mario brothers over there!”
Mami jumped the gun, yelling out, “Ah! What are you doing back here, Iggy?!”
*End Theme with Record Scratch sound*
Everyone except for Ami comically fell on the ground. Even those on Kammy’s side were dumbstruck at the senseless comment as Kammy fell on her chin and the Koopatrols upeneded themselves. Ami could only press her palm on her face.
“Eh?” Mami stared at everyone with a visible question mark over her head, wondering if she somehow accidentally mistook one Koopaling for another. Luigi struggled to get himself up and spoke with a visible sweat drop, “Uhhh... dat's-a not Iggy, dat's-a Lemmy..”
“Déjà vu...” Ami scratched her head. As the twin finished her comment, Lemmy managed to get himself back on top of his ball looking pretty depressed over the fact that the twins could not tell him and Iggy apart. “Iggy's the one who dyed and changed his hairstyle, not me!”
*Insert Sound Effect: “Donkey Sound”*
Kammy got herself up and adjusted her glasses before making a comment fitting her confusion of the moment. “Do you need glasses, dear?”
“Nope! We can see just fine!” Ami and Mami respond with a big cheerful grin, enough to embarrass the old crone with a facepalm.
*Resume Theme: “Koopaling Battle 1” (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)*
Lemmy managed to get himself on his ball and observed the Lumas the Idols rescued. “Anyways, it seems Iggy was right about there being some Lumas we missed back here. If don't mind, we'll be taking them to King Dad.”
Rosalina glared at Lemmy and pointed her wand at the Koopaling, “I DO mind. You are NOT taking any more of my children here again.” Mario joined the cosomic princess’ side of the argument, realizing what had happened, “Lemmy Koopa, so you, Iggy and-a Junia were da ones who raided da Comet Observatory?”
Lemmy smirked at Mario and spoke, “And I see you and your friends have been doing some clean-up duty here. I don't like to clean up. But if you're not gonna' cooperate, how about this... a little Dance Battle against ME! I know what had happened with Wendy, and let me tell you, I’m MUCH more skilled and focused than her, seeing as she let her jealousy get the better of her at the wrong time! And I pick PEACH as the opponent!”
“M..Me?!” Peach stood flabbergasted, realizing what Lemmy is aiming for.
“Of course, if I win, I take you without any objections! ..Of course, that idiotic Mario would jump in to rescue you... but I’ll keep him busy!!” Lemmy smirked.
“There...is an objection. Princess Peach is not participating in this event. However, I will face you in her stead.” Takane stepped in with a determined look in her eyes.
“Mind if I join in? I missed out on the chance back at the mansion.” Azusa offered to help, remembering that she was caught by Bowser at the time, which made the Silver Queen smile.
“Be my guest.” Takane smiled. However, Lemmy was unfazed.
“..Really? You two Idols? ..Well, whatever. It’ll still be fun either way!” Lemmy shrugged, before he turned to Kammy with a wink that the Magikoopa matriarch knew.
“You two, grab as many of those youngsters as possibly can for the King!” Kammy gave the order to the armored Koopas, who dashed without hesitation. Of course, Mario and Luigi were not going to sit still and do nothing.
“Oh, no you don't!” Mario cried out as he charged after the two Koopatrols. Luigi, not being too far behind, joined in, “Mario! Let's-a go!”
The two brothers run after the Koopatrols, but as they try to reach for the Luma the twins managed to rescue, Haruka leapt in front of the two armored turtles in an attempt to ambush.
“Here I come!!” The ribbon wearing Idol shouted as she jumped, much to the brothers’ shock.
“NO!! HARUKA, DON’T!!!” Mario and Luigi shout out, flailing their arms every which way as Haruka decided to try to kick one of the Koopatrols in the nose, only for the armored turtle to retreat into its shell, making the Idol’s foot land on one of the shell’s sharp spikes.
*Insert Sound Effect: “Death Spike” (Sonic the Hedgehog 1)* (Again, no, she doesn’t die from that....)
“YOW!!!!! NOT AGAIN!!!!!” Haruka yelped as she clutched her leg and hopped awkwardly. The two Koopatrols just quietly looked at each other without saying a word as they quietly returned to nabbing the Lumas
“..To think she would learn from happened back at Glamour Street...” Producer-san frowned, while Chihaya sighed.
*Rosalina’s Comet Observatory ~ Garage Area ~ Interstellar Dance Stage*
*Musicless...for the time being*
Meanwhile while the ruckus with the Koopatrols went underway, Takane and Azusa, remembering how Haruka and Chihaya faced Wendy, took their positions on the stage. As for Lemmy, the Koopalina rolled the ball he was on top of onto the stage. “So are you two ready for little old me?” The Koopaling smirked, eager to show what skills he’s got to the Idols in a hyperactive little way.
“..My, my, this turtle DOES remind me of Ami and Mami in a way..” Azusa smiled, seeing that familiar mischievous look in Lemmy’s eyes.
“Either way, we cannot hold back. Let’s do our best, Azusa!” Takane grinned as the two Idols readied themselves.
*Insert Theme for the Dance Boss: “Step By Step” (Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix)*
Takane and Azusa quickly took the lead as the two older Idols put their elegance and flair into their steps. Lemmy, although he is going solo against the Idols since Kammy might hurt her spine, is proving to be as energetic as he faced the Idols onboard his large ball on even terms.
“My, he certainly is an energetic one. He might give the twins a run for their money.” Azusa commented, which made the twins a little uneasy that they might actually have a bit of competition within the Koopa Clan.
“You two are good! But I will make King Da.. er, King Bowser appreciate my efforts! Besides, I’d rather just my ball for my moves!” Lemmy smiled as he performed some intermediate maneuvers on his ball
As the dance continued, Kammy took the time to land on the ground, also using the brothers’ battle against the Koopatrols, with help from Haruka and Chihaya, who went to grab an Ice Flower to become Ice Chihaya once more, to sneak by the distracted groups with a plan of her own..
“Well, isn’t Lemmy brave, despite being outnumbered two to one against the Idols! Heehee, while everyone else here is distracted...” Kammy cackled quietly while sneaking by, attempting to avoid any detection at the moment.
“Whew... gotta keep going... what the??” Lemmy began to pant until the time came for even harder dance moves, which sadly the Koopaling didn’t think ahead about. Takane and Azusa began to pull off the harder dance moves with little trouble, while Lemmy... began to slip and continuously smack his face on the ball he was in. “What’s wrong, Lemmy? It seems to me you really weren’t ready for us. But compared to Wendy, you are only on the childish side.” Takane smirked, seeing how she and Azusa seem to have a major lead. Azusa kept quiet as she continued her share of the dance.
“Oh man... I really was in over my head... Kammy, hurry it up!!” Lemmy thought desperately as he began to continue, despite now having an aching body. (Must have not stretched before the dance, huh? That’ll come to haunt him.)
Kammy Koopa looked with a concerned gaze at Lemmy, who looked to be losing the fight due to exhaustion. “Oh my... it seems Young Lord Lemmy is struggling. Well... let's see how they like THIS!” With that Kammy hopped on her broom and began to sprinkle some strange rainbow colored dust all over Lemmy. Without warning Lemmy’s ball began to glow, until it somehow became larger, much to the shock of all who witnessed it.
“Meheheheh! Now that's more like it!” Lemmy smiled as he bounce on the ball. “Let’s see you two handle THIS!”
“Hmph... THAT’S supposed to scare me? Even King Boo did better than that and he didn’t even dance..” Takane frowned.
“I agree...wait, who’s King Boo?” Azusa smiled before wondering who the nefarious ghost that held captive was, since she was unconscious at the time.
“Never mind...” Takane placed her palm on her face as the two Idols decide to continue. With the larger ball, Lemmy dance radius was extended, plus Kammy’s powder seemed to have reinvigorated his stamina.
“Dang... we have to do something, Azusa!” Takane gritted her pearly white teeth as she began to wonder if she and the wayward Idol can win this time.
“Oh..Okay..” Azusa smiled nervously, as the duo struggled. Meanwhile, Kammy had a different idea of her own...
With a wave of her wand, the old Magikoopa matriarch conjured an orbular spell aiming specifically at a certain person in the group.
*End Theme, Insert Theme: “To the Moon!” (Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask)*
“Mwehehehe... you're in my sights, now...” Kammy smirked as she fired the spell. Within moments, with little sound, the spell flew across the crowd... and directly landed on Peach!
“Ah!” This was all the Mushroom Princess spoke before she somehow disappeared in front of Producer-san and Ritsuko! “WHA?!” The two producers shout in compete shock, while Benjamin’s eye pop out, “Gack!!"
“Wha... Peach?! Where’d you go??” Daisy, who was holding a frying pan aiming to help Yukiho defend her new Luma friend, shouted out as the other members of Team Mario and the Idols quickly notice that the princess went poof on them somehow!
Peach opened her eyes after the jolt and somehow found herself on Kammy’s broom! “Oh!!”
“Heeheehee, hang on tight, Princess!” Kammy cried out before she made a beeline out of the Observatory, and unfortunately this time, no one was able to stop the elder Magikoopa.
“No! MAAARRRIOOOOOO!!!” Peach’s distressed voice echoed until the voice could not be heard. Mario, finished with knocking out one of the Koopatrols who grabbed one of the Lumas with help from Haruka, noticed a little too late. “Mama mia! PRINCESS!”
“Wha... OH NO!!!!: Haruka yelped as she too looked upwards to see Kammy make a successful retreat with Peach in tow.
“Now’s my chance..” Lemmy noticed that even Azusa and Takane were distracted by Peach’s kidnapping, (For the umptennth time! Kinda lost count...) “Haha! TAKE THIS!” Taking a quick-as-lightning chance, the Koopaling bounced his ball hard, making a large tremor that made the two older Idols lose their footing.
“Ow! The nerve!!” Takane frowned, but as she got herself up, Azusa placed her hand on the Silver Queen’s shoulder.
“Takane, is it okay if I do the last part of the dance?” Azusa smiled as Takane looked into the belle’s eyes. Seeing how she wished to redeem herself for being kidnapped before, the silver haired Idol smiled. “It’s all yours, Azusa.”
*End Theme*
Azusa smiled happily, “Arigatou, Takane!” and took her place on the stage before Lemmy.
*Insert Theme: “Smoky Thrill (Azusa)” (The iDOLMASTER 2)*
Azusa began to dance gracefully while avoiding the tremors from Lemmy’s ball. Noticing that the wayward Idol was not letting up, Lemmy panted, “What?! No way! Well, excuse me for staying around, but you all have something we need as well as Peach, and I’m not ending my dance till I get that case back!” Lemmy gritted his teeth, to which Azusa could only respond with a smile.
“Gomenesai, but I can’t let you win here as well.” The gentle Idol smiled as she performed a more intricate series of dance steps. Startled at the momentum the Idol was in, Lemmy desperately tried to keep up, only to slip and bounce on his own ball and land belly flat on the floor.
“NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!”The Koopaling screamed as a buzzer signaled in the area, sealing the Idols’ victory.
*End Theme*
Lemmy, dazed from his defeat in the Dance Battle, managed to get himself back on his ball. “Gaaa... This is the pits... But you'll never open the carrying case anyway, so hand it over!” For a pretty satisfactory reason, if “satisfactory” is even in their vocabulary, Ami and Mami walked toward Lemmy with devilish smiles on their faces.
“Sure, you can have now that it's empty.” Ami responded, holding the now empty case.
*Insert Sound Effect: “Wheel Skid”*
“Huh?” Lemmy stood dumbfounded, fearing what might have happened to the contents in the case.
“Yeah, we already know what's inside the case anyways.” Mami added, letting her right hold on part of the empty case while her twin sister held the other side with her left.
“Wait, WHAT?!” Lemmy froze in complete shock. He was completely speechless how the code was broken so quickly and easily, considering that Mario would not be intelligent enough to crack it.
*Insert Theme: “A Real Knee-Slapper” (Okamiden)*
Benjamin stepped forward toward the stunned Koopaling and spoke, “And now, you can tell King Daddy-dearest; we're on to him and after him as we speak."
Lemmy began to sweat erratically deeply afraid that the entire group is now completely aware of Bowser’s plans with the Lumas. “This is a joke, right...?” The poor Koopaling meekly spoke, hoping he would wake up from a nightmare he just put himself in.
Ami and Mami look at each other and smile, knowing exactly they want to do with the Koopaling. And apparently, for once, considering all that has happened in the interstellar event, Ritsuko decided to keep quiet and let the twin go along with their mischief.
“Ready, Ami?” “Ready, Mami?”
“Huh? NONONO, WAI--!” Lemmy flailed his arms in panicked defense, but the twins were too quick in their approach, as they pulled out sharp pins out of their pockets and poked at the ball at the same tme.
*POP!!* *POP!!*
The ball popped and began to fly out of the Observatory like a deflated balloon that’s begun to lose the air it had, taking a frantically gripping Lemmy with it.
“I'm flying! WHEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeee!” Lemmy shouted out before he went out of sight of the Idols and the remaining members of Team Mario.
*Ding!*
The twins laugh, satisfied of their own achievement in their own way, but they were not the only ones. Wario and Waluigi clutch their own guts in laughter. “Wahahaaa!! One of the oldest tricks in the book!! Gets me every time!!” Waluigi laughed so hard that tears got in his eyes.
“Hahahahaha... you said it, Waluigi!” Wario agreed, nearly falling down the stairs.
Ritsuko, a little annoyed as she sighed in embarrassment. “Alls well and good with Lemmy and those Aarmored turtles gone, but we lost Peach as well!”
*End Theme, Insert Theme: “The Dungeon is Full of Monsters” (Super Mario RPG)*
“Yeah, we-a kinda lost count afta a while this-a thing happened...” Luigi scratched his head after kicking the frozen Koopatrol shell, courtesy of Chihaya, away into the edge.
“Mama mia, here we go again! Hoohoo!” Mario shrugged, knowing it’s just like old times when Bowser did the kidnapping.
“Well, something good out of all this.. we now have the coordinates from the plans on where the Center of the Universe is! However, the assault to rescue Peach and Makoto will have us split into two groups. Would you all like to listen?” Benjamin spoke, which then everyone listened as he explained the plans for the rescue and the conquering of Bowser’s base.

*Insert Theme: “Space Storm Galaxy” (Super Mario Galaxy 3)*
Kammy was slowly heading back to the Center of the Universe with Peach in tow when the old hag caught sight of Lemmy flying wildly out of control on the deflating ball, somehow in the same direction.
“Whoa, MOMMMMMMMYYYY!!!!” The Koopaling wailed before he was quickly out of sight.
“Well, crackerjack... it seems young Lord Lemmy’s lost to them.” Kammy frowned, seeing Lemmy go out of sight.
“Told you.” Peach retorted quietly.
“Can't you be quiet?” Kammy frowned, tilting her head as she looked at the Princess.
“At least answer one question first; What have you done to Makoto?” Peach asked the old hag in a serious tone.
Noticing that escape is not in the pink princess’ mind right, only considering what happened to the boyishly handsome Idol earlier as top priority right now, Kammy answered, “Makoto? The Idol who brought harm to our prince? Nothing much, no harm done, but she is having a permanent time-out as a decoration for punishment.”
“Huh?” Peach froze for a moment.
“Now shut up and enjoy the ride, Princess Peach. And don't make me get a gag out.” Kammy frowned as she proceed to Bowser’s base; the last thing needed at the moment was a noisy backseat driver.
Peach became quiet, her thoughts now solely placed on the very person whom she would at share some captivity with this time. “Makoto...”

The two brothers run after the Koopatrols, but as they try to reach for the Luma the twins managed to rescue, Haruka leapt in front of the two armored turtles in an attempt to ambush.
“Here I come!!” The ribbon wearing Idol shouted as she jumped, much to the brothers’ shock.
“NO!! HARUKA, DON’T!!!” Mario and Luigi shout out, flailing their arms every which way as Haruka decided to try to kick one of the Koopatrols in the nose, only for the armored turtle to retreat into its shell, making the Idol’s foot land on one of the shell’s sharp spikes.
*Insert Sound Effect: “Death Spike” (Sonic the Hedgehog 1)* (Again, no, she doesn’t die from that....)
“YOW!!!!! NOT AGAIN!!!!!” Haruka yelped as she clutched her leg and hopped awkwardly. The two Koopatrols just quietly looked at each other without saying a word as they quietly returned to nabbing the Lumas
“..To think she would learn from happened back at Glamour Street...” Producer-san frowned, while Chihaya sighed.

Meanwhile while the ruckus with the Koopatrols went underway, Takane and Azusa, remembering how Haruka and Chihaya faced Wendy, took their positions on the stage. As for Lemmy, the Koopalina rolled the ball he was on top of onto the stage. “So are you two ready for little old me?” The Koopaling smirked, eager to show what skills he’s got to the Idols in a hyperactive little way.
“..My, my, this turtle DOES remind me of Ami and Mami in a way..” Azusa smiled, seeing that familiar mischievous look in Lemmy’s eyes.
“Either way, we cannot hold back. Let’s do our best, Azusa!” Takane grinned as the two Idols readied themselves.
*Insert Theme for the Dance Boss: “Step By Step” (Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix)*
Takane and Azusa quickly took the lead as the two older Idols put their elegance and flair into their steps. Lemmy, although he is going solo against the Idols since Kammy might hurt her spine, is proving to be as energetic as he faced the Idols onboard his large ball on even terms.
“My, he certainly is an energetic one. He might give the twins a run for their money.” Azusa commented, which made the twins a little uneasy that they might actually have a bit of competition within the Koopa Clan.
“You two are good! But I will make King Da.. er, King Bowser appreciate my efforts! Besides, I’d rather just my ball for my moves!” Lemmy smiled as he performed some intermediate maneuvers on his ball
As the dance continued, Kammy took the time to land on the ground, also using the brothers’ battle against the Koopatrols, with help from Haruka and Chihaya, who went to grab an Ice Flower to become Ice Chihaya once more, to sneak by the distracted groups with a plan of her own..
“Well, isn’t Lemmy brave, despite being outnumbered two to one against the Idols! Heehee, while everyone else here is distracted...” Kammy cackled quietly while sneaking by, attempting to avoid any detection at the moment.
“Whew... gotta keep going... what the??” Lemmy began to pant until the time came for even harder dance moves, which sadly the Koopaling didn’t think ahead about. Takane and Azusa began to pull off the harder dance moves with little trouble, while Lemmy... began to slip and continuously smack his face on the ball he was in. “What’s wrong, Lemmy? It seems to me you really weren’t ready for us. But compared to Wendy, you are only on the childish side.” Takane smirked, seeing how she and Azusa seem to have a major lead. Azusa kept quiet as she continued her share of the dance.
“Oh man... I really was in over my head... Kammy, hurry it up!!” Lemmy thought desperately as he began to continue, despite now having an aching body. (Must have not stretched before the dance, huh? That’ll come to haunt him.)
Kammy Koopa looked with a concerned gaze at Lemmy, who looked to be losing the fight due to exhaustion. “Oh my... it seems Young Lord Lemmy is struggling. Well... let's see how they like THIS!” With that Kammy hopped on her broom and began to sprinkle some strange rainbow colored dust all over Lemmy. Without warning Lemmy’s ball began to glow, until it somehow became larger, much to the shock of all who witnessed it.
“Meheheheh! Now that's more like it!” Lemmy smiled as he bounce on the ball. “Let’s see you two handle THIS!”
“Hmph... THAT’S supposed to scare me? Even King Boo did better than that and he didn’t even dance..” Takane frowned.
“I agree...wait, who’s King Boo?” Azusa smiled before wondering who the nefarious ghost that held captive was, since she was unconscious at the time.
“Never mind...” Takane placed her palm on her face as the two Idols decide to continue. With the larger ball, Lemmy dance radius was extended, plus Kammy’s powder seemed to have reinvigorated his stamina.
“Dang... we have to do something, Azusa!” Takane gritted her pearly white teeth as she began to wonder if she and the wayward Idol can win this time.
“Oh..Okay..” Azusa smiled nervously, as the duo struggled. Meanwhile, Kammy had a different idea of her own...
With a wave of her wand, the old Magikoopa matriarch conjured an orbular spell aiming specifically at a certain person in the group.
*End Theme, Insert Theme: “To the Moon!” (Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask)*
“Mwehehehe... you're in my sights, now...” Kammy smirked as she fired the spell. Within moments, with little sound, the spell flew across the crowd... and directly landed on Peach!
“Ah!” This was all the Mushroom Princess spoke before she somehow disappeared in front of Producer-san and Ritsuko! “WHA?!” The two producers shout in compete shock, while Benjamin’s eye pop out, “Gack!!"
“Wha... Peach?! Where’d you go??” Daisy, who was holding a frying pan aiming to help Yukiho defend her new Luma friend, shouted out as the other members of Team Mario and the Idols quickly notice that the princess went poof on them somehow!
Peach opened her eyes after the jolt and somehow found herself on Kammy’s broom! “Oh!!”
“Heeheehee, hang on tight, Princess!” Kammy cried out before she made a beeline out of the Observatory, and unfortunately this time, no one was able to stop the elder Magikoopa.
“No! MAAARRRIOOOOOO!!!” Peach’s distressed voice echoed until the voice could not be heard. Mario, finished with knocking out one of the Koopatrols who grabbed one of the Lumas with help from Haruka, noticed a little too late. “Mama mia! PRINCESS!”
“Wha... OH NO!!!!: Haruka yelped as she too looked upwards to see Kammy make a successful retreat with Peach in tow.
“Now’s my chance..” Lemmy noticed that even Azusa and Takane were distracted by Peach’s kidnapping, (For the umptennth time! Kinda lost count...) “Haha! TAKE THIS!” Taking a quick-as-lightning chance, the Koopaling bounced his ball hard, making a large tremor that made the two older Idols lose their footing.
“Ow! The nerve!!” Takane frowned, but as she got herself up, Azusa placed her hand on the Silver Queen’s shoulder.
“Takane, is it okay if I do the last part of the dance?” Azusa smiled as Takane looked into the belle’s eyes. Seeing how she wished to redeem herself for being kidnapped before, the silver haired Idol smiled. “It’s all yours, Azusa.”

Azusa smiled happily, “Arigatou, Takane!” and took her place on the stage before Lemmy.
*Insert Theme: “Smoky Thrill (Azusa)” (The iDOLMASTER 2)*
Azusa began to dance gracefully while avoiding the tremors from Lemmy’s ball. Noticing that the wayward Idol was not letting up, Lemmy panted, “What?! No way! Well, excuse me for staying around, but you all have something we need as well as Peach, and I’m not ending my dance till I get that case back!” Lemmy gritted his teeth, to which Azusa could only respond with a smile.
“Gomenesai, but I can’t let you win here as well.” The gentle Idol smiled as she performed a more intricate series of dance steps. Startled at the momentum the Idol was in, Lemmy desperately tried to keep up, only to slip and bounce on his own ball and land belly flat on the floor.
“NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!”The Koopaling screamed as a buzzer signaled in the area, sealing the Idols’ victory.

Lemmy, dazed from his defeat in the Dance Battle, managed to get himself back on his ball. “Gaaa... This is the pits... But you'll never open the carrying case anyway, so hand it over!” For a pretty satisfactory reason, if “satisfactory” is even in their vocabulary, Ami and Mami walked toward Lemmy with devilish smiles on their faces.
“Sure, you can have now that it's empty.” Ami responded, holding the now empty case.
*Insert Sound Effect: “Wheel Skid”*
“Huh?” Lemmy stood dumbfounded, fearing what might have happened to the contents in the case.
“Yeah, we already know what's inside the case anyways.” Mami added, letting her right hold on part of the empty case while her twin sister held the other side with her left.
“Wait, WHAT?!” Lemmy froze in complete shock. He was completely speechless how the code was broken so quickly and easily, considering that Mario would not be intelligent enough to crack it.
*Insert Theme: “A Real Knee-Slapper” (Okamiden)*
Benjamin stepped forward toward the stunned Koopaling and spoke, “And now, you can tell King Daddy-dearest; we're on to him and after him as we speak."
Lemmy began to sweat erratically deeply afraid that the entire group is now completely aware of Bowser’s plans with the Lumas. “This is a joke, right...?” The poor Koopaling meekly spoke, hoping he would wake up from a nightmare he just put himself in.
Ami and Mami look at each other and smile, knowing exactly they want to do with the Koopaling. And apparently, for once, considering all that has happened in the interstellar event, Ritsuko decided to keep quiet and let the twin go along with their mischief.
“Ready, Ami?” “Ready, Mami?”
“Huh? NONONO, WAI--!” Lemmy flailed his arms in panicked defense, but the twins were too quick in their approach, as they pulled out sharp pins out of their pockets and poked at the ball at the same tme.
*POP!!* *POP!!*
The ball popped and began to fly out of the Observatory like a deflated balloon that’s begun to lose the air it had, taking a frantically gripping Lemmy with it.
“I'm flying! WHEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeee!” Lemmy shouted out before he went out of sight of the Idols and the remaining members of Team Mario.
*Ding!*
The twins laugh, satisfied of their own achievement in their own way, but they were not the only ones. Wario and Waluigi clutch their own guts in laughter. “Wahahaaa!! One of the oldest tricks in the book!! Gets me every time!!” Waluigi laughed so hard that tears got in his eyes.
“Hahahahaha... you said it, Waluigi!” Wario agreed, nearly falling down the stairs.
Ritsuko, a little annoyed as she sighed in embarrassment. “Alls well and good with Lemmy and those Aarmored turtles gone, but we lost Peach as well!”

“Yeah, we-a kinda lost count afta a while this-a thing happened...” Luigi scratched his head after kicking the frozen Koopatrol shell, courtesy of Chihaya, away into the edge.
“Mama mia, here we go again! Hoohoo!” Mario shrugged, knowing it’s just like old times when Bowser did the kidnapping.
“Well, something good out of all this.. we now have the coordinates from the plans on where the Center of the Universe is! However, the assault to rescue Peach and Makoto will have us split into two groups. Would you all like to listen?” Benjamin spoke, which then everyone listened as he explained the plans for the rescue and the conquering of Bowser’s base.

*Insert Theme: “Space Storm Galaxy” (Super Mario Galaxy 3)*
Kammy was slowly heading back to the Center of the Universe with Peach in tow when the old hag caught sight of Lemmy flying wildly out of control on the deflating ball, somehow in the same direction.
“Whoa, MOMMMMMMMYYYY!!!!” The Koopaling wailed before he was quickly out of sight.
“Well, crackerjack... it seems young Lord Lemmy’s lost to them.” Kammy frowned, seeing Lemmy go out of sight.
“Told you.” Peach retorted quietly.
“Can't you be quiet?” Kammy frowned, tilting her head as she looked at the Princess.
“At least answer one question first; What have you done to Makoto?” Peach asked the old hag in a serious tone.
Noticing that escape is not in the pink princess’ mind right, only considering what happened to the boyishly handsome Idol earlier as top priority right now, Kammy answered, “Makoto? The Idol who brought harm to our prince? Nothing much, no harm done, but she is having a permanent time-out as a decoration for punishment.”
“Huh?” Peach froze for a moment.
“Now shut up and enjoy the ride, Princess Peach. And don't make me get a gag out.” Kammy frowned as she proceed to Bowser’s base; the last thing needed at the moment was a noisy backseat driver.
Peach became quiet, her thoughts now solely placed on the very person whom she would at share some captivity with this time. “Makoto...”

That’s the end of another chapter! Oh man... not just Makoto, but Peach has been kidnapped... AGAIN. Sheesh, how many times has it been? Fortunately now, the location of the Center of the Universe has been confirmed and a plan is in the works. Can Mario and the Idols rescue Peach and Makoto?
