Rise to the sky, Cyan Omniseraph! Aerial assault on the K. Rool Kaiser!

*Bowser’s Castle ~ Foyer*

*Insert Theme: “Bowser’s Theme” (Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door)*

For some weird reason, disappointment hanged in the already gloomy air in Bowser’s Castle as Bowser Jr. and Kammy Koopa escorted the quiet Bowser. And what’s more, for some strange reason unknown even to the Mario Bros. who of course was not at all involved, Bowser was all covered in bandages from the injuries he ended up with from the ruckus the whole Koopa Troop just witnessed.

“That looked rough! You sure you're okay, papa?” The Koopa Prince, worried for his father, called out to the Koopa King while Kammy observed the damages. “To be buried under all that fortress debris? What do you think, Young Master?”

“Big Owchies!” Bowser Jr. pretty much gave the only words needed to describe Bowser’s pain right now.

“Yeah, I'm no stranger to this...” The Koopa King mumbled as he rubbed the bandages on him and gave a loud groan. “Where in dad's name did those blasted robots come from from?!?!”

*End Theme*

*FLASHBACK*

*Insert Sound Effect: “Flashback Chime”, Insert Theme: “Woohoo Hooniversity” (Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga)*

*Multi-Dimensional Pipe Testing Fortress*

Bowser, with Junior on his shoulder and accompanied by Kamek and Kammy, watch the scientists at work with a new Multi-Dimensional Warp System, a technological means for the MD Pipe, probably done with a stolen blueprint of the original done by Prof. E. Gadd in a fortress which was kept secret for research purposes.

“Hehehehehe, this technology the troops stole from that coke-bottle eyeglass-wearing old coot has made me gain a major leap into Bad Guy Plotting on whole new levels! Look at it, the MD Warp System! With this, I can cross over to new galaxies in the Mushroom Universe to station new territories! Or different dimensions I've never visited!” Bowser spoke with glee on his face as he announced the new warping system as he had sent scouts to one random location in particular that is not of the world. Bowser Jr. was overjoyed to the sheer immensity of his father’s sudden genius of being able to cross dimensions as he smiled happily. “Papa, I'm glad to be the baddest son to the baddest father in the universe!”

“I'm glad you see it that way, son...” Bowser cried tears of joy, happy that in his mind that he has the best son in the world ever since the day when Bowser Jr. pledged after the incident back in Isle Delfino that when he got older that he would fight Mario again. And time and time again, despite his own share of defeats, he proved to his father that the fruit did not fall far from the tree as he proved to be natural Koopa heir.

“We're getting a return notice from Dimension Pipe 4!” One of the Koopa scientists put in charge of monitoring the pipe system sent an alert to Bowser which also got Kamek’s attention. “Ooh! Looks like we nabbed a fish here, Your Badliness!”

“Terrific! Let's have a look shall we!?” Bowser was giddy as he wanted to see the results. As the Koopa King, Prince, and the two lead Magikoopas take a lift to the very pipe section run by a few Koopa scientists, all of a sudden, the hatch to the very pipe opens up, and from inside, a trio of Koopa Troopas who volunteered for the project, looking a little blue in their faces, jump out with something in tow.

“Welcome back!” The scientist welcomed the trio back. However what he got for a response was that the lone red Troopa in the trio was gasping heavily, while the first of the green Koopa Troopas weakly uttered out two words. “Air... AIR...!”

“Nhunh?! Where have you been?” Bowser stood in shock as he wondered where the trio ended up in, only for the second green shelled Koopa Troopa to weakly answer that question. “Space... Outer... Space...”

“You need air after coming back from Outer Space? Couldn't you breathe in space?” Bowser Jr. clearly remembered his experiences in the Mushroom Galaxy as he asked the Koopas, but then the red Koopa Troopa shot down that thought as he was still gasping for air. “We... couldn't... in the space... of that... dimension...!”

Bowser then turned his red eyes at the reader... wait, the reader? ...As he knocked the Fourth Wall down in making his random comment, eying the reader as such! “Don't even ask how we've breathed in space...”

Returning his focus to the matter at hand, the Koopa King turned to the lead scientist of the project and asked his next question. “Hey, Chief Egghead! Where in the Mushroom Universe did you send these guys?!”

“How should we know? We developed a RCG (Random Coordinates Generator) for all the pipes in the MD Warp Pipe System!” The scientist shrugged as he felt that the test subjects were sent far from this dimension. The red Koopa Troopa and his comrades recover from their lack-of-oxygen mishap as he gave his report. “Your Grouchiness, we successfully made it to the other side of our pipe, but wound up in space from 'nother dimension that is different from ours.”

“AND?” Bowser raised his eyebrow as he clearly wanted to hear what the Koopas found, with the red Koopa giving the proof. “And... we wanted to bring proof by bringing you this...”

*End Theme, Insert Theme: “I Love You, Sincerely” (Xenosaga: Episode 3)*

The two green shelled Koopa Troopas reveal that they had found a badly damaged female android, save for her head and left arm, her right arm and legs were gone. She had Caucasian artificial skin, long cosmic light blue hair and clad in white and blue armor. (Wait a minute... is that... is that... who I think it is?)

“Huh?” Kamek stared dumbfoundedly at the android and her closed eyes. Kammy was just as dumbfounded as her son as she began to wonder out loud. “What or who is this junk?”

“She has a pretty face, papa!” Bowser Jr. made a cheerful comment at the looks of the android. Bowser looked at her as well and had to admit in his mind that whoever made the android out from wherever she came from definitely had the looks down perfectly as he then gave an immediate order on what to do with her for the time being. “Wow! Ain't she an eyeful! Shame she ain't human, but... this is our first interdimensional find from another universe! Gwahahahaha! Hey, I wonder if we can rebuild her... Take her out of here.” With that, the three Koopas quickly attempt to carry the android out of the room... albeit a bit slowly as she was a bit heavy for them.

*End Theme, Insert Sound Effect: “Klaxon Flare”*

“MD Pipes 1 through 3 are on Return Alert!” A Goomba scientist hollered out loud, quickly getting Bowser’s attention. “Huh?!”

“At the same time?! I wonder what's new?” Bowser Jr. wondered with a big question mark over his head as he looked at the hatches, which then quickly open to reveal the Koopa Troop scouts who were sent earlier jump out in a panicking frenzy! And the poor Goomba was knocked aside like a beach ball. “GYAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!”

(Koopas) “WAAAAAAUUGHHH!!!”
(Lakitu) “DAAAAAAGHHHHH!!!”

“Mh'huh?!” Bowser was startled as he looked at his panicking minions. In place of his leader, before he could react, Kamek decided to do the fuming for him as he shouted at the panicking minions. “What are you doing back with nothing?!”

“We ran into a problem!” The red Koopa of the retreating troop responded, only for the green Koopa of the air-recovering group to respond in kind. “You too?!”

“Some of my group got beaten and captured!” The Lakitu just had to break out the bad news, making Bowser Jr., Kamek, and Kammy drop their jaws. “Huh?!”
“MD Pipes 1 through 3 are still receiving returns!” The scientist alerted the Koopa crew, making the second of the green Koopas that went through the pipe with he had stayed in bed today. “WHAT?! They're following us?!”

“EHHH?! We're being followed?!” The red Koopa’s eyes bulged in response, enough for the Lakitu in the group to shout one thing in panic. “Block the hatches! Block the hatches!”

“Huh?” The scientists all stare at the Lakitu, with the leader of them speaking for them. “What's going on?!” But before the lead scientist could get an answer, four large machines jump out of the Multi Dimension Pipe prototypes!

*Insert Theme: “Where Infinities Meet” (Super Robot Wars Original Generation: Endless Frontier)*

The black Personal Trooper known as the Phantom, along with the Abend, Nacht and Arkon, appear out of the pipes as they land on the ground and observe their surroundings. In addition to the Phantom, which was already described before, the Abend, a Gespenst MK IV variant shortened to the Weiss Ritter Abend, is a completely white three-meter-tall Personal Trooper with red trims, recreated from the original and used by the Orchestral Army, sprouting laser demonic wings and armed with a rifle known as the Partisan Launcher. Its armor is only half the strength of the Gespenst, but to compensate for lower defenses, the Abend is much faster as it specializes in speed.

Next to the Abend is the Nacht, callsigned the Gespenst MK III, better known as the Alt Eisen Nacht, or “Nacht” for short. This Personal Trooper is predominantly red colored with black coloring on its joints and white on various parts on its front chassis and rear verriers. Compared to the Phantom and the Abend, this Personal Trooper is very bulky for its size and heavily armored, with its unique protruding horn on its forehead. This Personal Trooper is armed with a left-mounted three-barreled Gatling Gun with a smaller Claymore attached on the arm, a stake like weapon on its right arm, and shoulder mounted projectile launchers.

Lastly, the Arkon, also known as the Shinka Ialdaboath, a fully powered version of its original Ialdaboath state, is an unusual Personal Trooper with a predominant black color replacing its original blue with red highlights for the head, hands and feet. Its main distinguishable feature is that it sports a long thick grey mane from its head, acting as both its hair and a cape. Unlike the three other Personal Troopers, the Arkon sports no visible weapons whatsoever, focusing its power solely on energy manipulation and martial arts techniques.

Within mere moments, the four Personal Troopers see the hatches on the Multi Dimension Pipes close behind them, unable to do anything to open them up.
“Wowweee! Papa, look! Robots!” Bowser Jr. cried out loud as he point at the mechs. Bowser however dropped his big jaw like an open cash register at the sight. “What the...?! Where'd they come from?!”

“More robots?! Just my day...!” Kammy frowned as she felt a headache just starting in her.
The Phantom, Abend, Nacht, and Arkong all stare at Bowser and quietly began to analyze him, as if telling if he is either an ally or a hostile. The faculty could gaze at the Personal Troopers as they look back at them with the same manner.
“I'm feeling uneasy... I've got a bad feeling something wrong's gonna happen, Master...”

The Red and Green Koopa next to the Phantom sweat profusely from panic and fear, as they felt that they should not have encounter the mech in the first place, as it was very hostile to them. Sadly, all hope of it not noticing them was utterly lost as it DID turn toward them, making the two Koopas turn yellow. “AAACK!!!”

The Phantom gazed on the two Koopas it chased, then to their leader, then eyes the Koopas taking the “familiar android” remnants, analyzes them, and recognizes the design as the same as a familiar android it had encountered before, although she right now looks like she had better days. MUCH better days.

Within moments, the four mechs see the ones it chased and back to their leader, then eyes the Koopas taking the "familiar android" remains, analyzes and recognizes the design* ...!!!

“It's obvious these robots are made for combat! I could use these crush that plumbscum Mario with their abilities and the Mushroom Kingdom! Men, seize those mechs and take them for study!” Being the big dumb villain that he is, Bowser ordered to have them taken for experimentation, but the red and green Koopas were completely against that idea, shouting one thing at the same time in complete unison. “ARE YOU CRAZY?!?!?!”

Seeing Bowser’s action as an act of hostility, the Arkon shakes it fist as one would do when they are angry. The Abend looks at the Nacht, waiting for a response. For its answer, the red colored Personal Trooper went on the offensive using its technique, Layered Claymore.

*Insert Sound Effects: “Explosions”*

“AAAAAAGH!!!” Bowser, Bowser Jr., Kamek, and Kammy scream at the same time, realizing that they are in deep trouble, and for the next couple of minutes the lab became a warzone. The Phantom went first as it readied its large yellow single edged blade and pretty much began to slash the place to pieces, with the Koopas, Goombas and the Lakitus, both fighters and scientists, scrambled all over to avoid being sliced in half. The Nacht then took its turn as it finished with its Claymores and let loose with its Gatling Gun, causing more of the scientists to take cover. Fortunately, not even a single bullet hit them as the rubble from the rampage that was being caused counted for could cover. The Arkon then took its turn with its martial arts attacks and the Abend with its speedy strikes, but when the Nacht joined in and helped to ravage the fortress from the inside, the Phantom noticed a few Koopas leaving the scene with the “familiar android” and rushes out to chase them. Fortunately again, Bowser managed to save his son from falling debris by using his large body as cover as, between the two, he took the most damage from the falling stones.

*End Theme with Sound Effect: “Flashback Chime”*

*END FLASHBACK*

“If I knew they were going to attack... Agh...” Bowser groaned as he still felt pain in his back from the fallen debris.

“Told you I was getting a bad feeling from that. Those things are created with an Artificial Intelligence and that they won't take orders from anyone like you, Master.” Kamek took his time to remind his leader as he noted something about the Personal Troopers, who all went in opposite directions after the assault. Kammy took note of her son’s wisdom as she made her own comment. “And those robots scattered away into different directions, a shame for us we'll have such difficulty finding them.”

“And when we find them... I'm gonna' make them pay.” Bowser growled as he grit his teeth, wanting vengeance for the chaos that happened in his face, while at the same time feeling a little relieved that Mario would have no knowledge of what just happened.

“Papa? Does this mean that thing's off?” Bowser Jr. wondered that now that the lab is destroyed, he began to worry that the project might be halted to a complete standstill. Bowser, being the surprisingly good father that he is, knelt down to his son’s eye level and reassured that the plans will still go as planned right before he made a pun of his own. “No, Junior. The Multi-Dimension Pipe Project isn't off the table after what happened earlier. Now that we know it works, traveling over the boundaries of time and space is no longer a pipe dream for us! Bwa ha ha! Get it? ‘Pipe Dream’?!"

*Ba-dum TSSSSHHHHHH!*

“Pffft- BAH HA HAHAHAHAHA!” Bowser Jr. fell backwards laughing his head off at the actually decent pun his father made, who then chuckled a little more before he spoke again. “Ha... Kamek, while Kammy tends to my pain in the infirmary, now that the MDP System is a big success, gather the ghosts of the spy team for a very important recon mission.”

*Insert Theme: “Catastrophe” (Super Mario Galaxy)*

“You have a specific place in mind to send them with the system, Your Curiousness?” Kamek asked with curiosity in his mind as he adjusted his glasses, only to hear Bowser make his plans known... plans of INVASION. “Oh yes, Kamek- I'm sending them... into the Idols' Homeworld. Their country will first be the first to be conquered in my quest to dominate their world! Then I will rule their universe and this one with a iron clawed fist! Gah hahahahahaha, BWA HAHAHAHAHA--!!!”

*Insert Sound Effect: “Pain”, End Theme with Slowdown Effect*

“--HAAH?! OWWWWwwww!” ..But, of course, karma bites Bowser in the back as he still has not healed from his injuries and from it drops to the ground.

“WHA-- Papa!?” Bowser Jr.’s eyes were pretty much white saucers as he panicked and checked on his fallen father, as did Kamek, who felt his eyes bulge out of his glasses for a bit. “Goodness, Master Bowser!”

“Perhaps you shouldn't laugh with evilness before I heal you, Your Nastiness.” Kammy pointed out to her liege, right before he glared it her with his patented “I’ll-fry-you-with-my-breath” look. “Don't rub salt in my wounds, you old hag!”

Kammy, put in utter, yet terrified, silence, nodded without a word.

*K. Rool Kruiser ~ Brig*

*Insert Sound Effects: “Muffled Explosions”, “Cannon Fire”*

Krunch was wandering around the brig’s corridors with a map in hand trying to locate the destination of who he's supposed to be guarding despite the noise from outside. “Ehhh... All that noise and a guy can't read a map in peace...! ... Ah, here we are. This must be the prisoner's cell block.” With that, the rookie Kremling opens the door.

*Insert Theme: “Nageki no Mori ~ Music Box Version” (Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni)*

As Krunch enters the cell block, he hears sounds of muffled sobbing. The Kremling then pauses to remember something, the fact he's not sure exactly WHO he's supposed to guard, then proceeds inside. As he went in, Krunch then sees a young yellow mouse trapped in a steel cage, rope-tied, gagged and blindfolded in the center of the room.

“Hmm...? Hnnn...” The rookie Kreming was sure he has seen this person somewhere as he closes the door, but then a bad feeling creeps in his heart at the drop of a bead of sweat as it lands on the ground.

“What's she doing here? Who is she... Wait..” Echoing thoughts linger in Krunch’s mind as he stared at the mouse as she began to seem VERY familiar to the Kremling, but for some reason, it was in a good way. As he took a closer look, Krunch realized that there is one character that looks like the prisoner here as he dropped his jaw in realization. “Pipsy?!”

Hoping against hope, the rookie Kremling turns to the imprisoned mouse and realized the truth of who is imprisoned exactly and the reality he just landed himself in! “Pipsy?!?!”

“Hmmhf?!” Indeed, the mouse girl that Krunch was familiar with reacted to his voice as he reached into her cage and removes the gag and blindfold to give her a little freedom, as he clearly needed answers.

“*Gasp!* Krunch? Is that you? What are doing here?” Pipsy gasped for breath as she realized who she is talking to as Krunch felt in desperate need to ask the mouse what she is even doing in the DK Isles. “Khh... I... I wasn't expectin' to meet you here... I wasn't thinking karma would let me be guarding a prisoner like you! I wanna' hear your story first, what are you doing here in the Isles?!”

Pipsy was quiet for a few seconds before she began to meekly speak. “W... We had Diddy visiting the Island...”

“Diddy?” Krunch wondered for a bit before letting the mouse continue explaining. “Yes... Diddy was visitiing the island and he invited me, Timber, Bumper... Tiptup and Drumstick... We were invited to a party with some very special guests visiting from the mainlands and from another dimension for the appearance of the Dimension Comet's rare appearance and we don't want to miss it. We got permission from Timber's Parents and Drumstick drove the motor boat to DK Island. Some bad things happened while we were there, when that woman stole the Crystal Coconut, I followed them while no one was looking.”

“Saya. I was told King K. Rool got the Coconut from her.” Krunch recalled about the Ouma agent as Pipsy held her head down as she spoke again. “Ah... Yes. I tried to stay out of Ms. Saya's sight and get the jewel back, I tried to get in the king's vault but I got caught... King K. Rool... said they are going to make me into a lab experiment and a meal for his pet after they done with me...!”

“...” Krunch grew quiet for a moment as to comprehend the situation Pipsy put herself in.

*End Theme*

“W-What about you...?” The mouse then nervously asked the rookie Kremling as he gein to sadly think for a moment.

*Insert Theme: “The Meaning of the Mission” (Tales of Xillia)*

“...... I've been a rookie in the king's ranks ever since I followed Diddy to Timber's Island in thought he knew of an Anti-Kremling weapon...” Krunch quietly spoke, looking very ashamed of himself as it seemed like bitter tears are about to fall from his eyes and getting Pipsy’s attention completely. But before she could speak again, the Kremling’s tone went to the sound of loneliness as he covered his face and spoke again. “I never thought that time would change for me when the Kongs and the others glare and jeer at me for working for a bad guy... After all, all I did this year for them was assist in taking the Kongs Banana Hoard... All the bad stuff to gain ill-gotten money to stay alive. But after all I did... You.... you out of the whole island gang... you were the only one among who was able to approach me, even in my nasty mode. I've always wondered, ‘Why do you come near me, I'm the typical cliché bad guy here’. Why are you still friendly with a bad guy like me after we've been out of contact for who knows how long?”

“Why...? Well... I guess... during your time with us, you actually really weren't big a bully as you looked. You looked like you needed a real friend.” Pipsy answered honestly which got Krunch to stop despairing as he looked at the mouse. As he stared at her, Pipsy closed her eyes and kept speaking. “In fact, you helped me more than you wanted, even more than you remember. And I know you hated losing, which happened a lot in the races to stop Wizpig, yet you stayed on the winning team... Our team. Krunch, you don't belong on the side with a big bad meanie like King K. Rool, he lost to Donkey Kong and friends plenty of times. Don't you think it's time for you to leave him and lived a friendlier honest life?”

Krunch took a moment to think, remembering that the little mouse treated him like a dear friend, then thought of K. Rool and his crew, and how much they had bungled their plans. After a few moments, Krunch had made his decision... by calmly putting the black gag around Pipsy’s mouth... wait, what?
“Mmmph?!” The girl was about to panic, but Krunch gave a calm, yet relaxed gaze as to explain the reason for returning the gag. “Why not? I never liked being on the losing side anyway. But it's not gonna' help us if the king and the boys get suspicious of me, right? Let's wait for the opportunity to escape when the time's right.”

“...Mmh hmmf.” Pipsy, realizing that Krunch is really meaning to ditch K. Rool’s side, nodded as the Kremling decided to lay low....

*End Theme*

Things went eerily quiet as Krunch had noticed when he spoke. “That's weird.”

“Hmmmf?” Pipsy tried to speak, knowing full well that the gag is back on, wondering what Krunch meant. Fortunately, the croc pointed what the source of unease was. “The noise of combat outside stopped. When did that happen...?”

Outside Pipsy's cell block, a struggling Bluster Kong is dragged by two grey brutish Kremlings down the brig corridor as a prisoner. (Why am I not surprised that he’d be defeated?)

“Get in there!” The Kremling Brute shouted as he roughly pushes Bluster into an empty cell.

“Ooofff!” The Mama’s boy of a Kong fell on his face in the floor before quickly getting himself up, right before the door was closed up and locked tight. Not so thrilled, Bluster began banging his hands at the door. “Let me out, you savage swamp lake bottom-dwelling plebians!”

*Insert Theme: “Depression” (Donkey Kong Country cartoon)*

No matter how much he slammed his hands on the door, the rich Kong’s efforts seemed to be in vain as he fell to his knees in defeat and lamented on his failed attempt at heroism. “Ohhhhh... the humiliation! I can't bear to let Candy see me like this...! And after all that needless, yet secret, manual labor I put effort in those preparations, who would have thought it ends for Bluster the Brave like this?!”

*FLASHBACK*

*Insert Sound Effect: “Chime”*

Bluster's Barrelcopter flies in over the gun turrets of the K. Rool Kaiser, launching TNT Barrel missiles and rockets as well as dropping TNT Barrels in a bombarding run! Yet despite Bluster’s efforts, a laser blast fired and made a clean hit on one of the propellers of the Barrelcopter, making the ride unstable.

“Whooh!” Bluster yelped right before the Barrelcopter took another hit and began to lose control and fall to the ship’s deck, taking its pilot with it! “Oh nononononono NOOOOOOO!!”

*Insert Sound Effects: “Falling Plane”, “Crash”, “Explosion”*

The Barrelcopter, unable to take any more damage, falls from the sky as it crashes into the deck of the Kaiser in a fiery explosion. Luckily, the blast threw Bluster into a tumble out of the wreckage with debris flying all over. Shaking his head from the wooziness he just felt, the blusterous Kong turns his head to see his ride all up in flaming ruins. “Ah! Oh no... the Barrelcopter! Mommy will be livid!”

*Insert Sound Effect: “Gun Cocking”*

The Kong clearly heard that sound and gasped in response as he turned his head again as sees Klaptrap Blasters in his face, pointed straight at him!

The Kremlings make way for King K. Rool, accompanied by Klump, Krusha, Kopter, and Kludge, a large blue muscular Kremling with an x shaped scar on his stomach, chains around his wrists, and intimidating red eyes and known to be a powerhouse among his kind. The Kremling King looked at the once-blustering Kong and grinned before giving the two blue Kremlings. “You tell her to take a number, I was livid first... from seeing you having the primitive idiocy of a daredevil doing something way out of your element! The Hero act is more malapropos as your ‘Bluster the Benevolent’ act. You two! Bring this buffoon of a baboon- to a presidential suite... IN THE BRIG!”

“Oh! Unhand me you scaly rapscallions!” Bluster shouted out as he was grabbed by the two Kremlings. But try as he might, the rich Kong was unable to break free of their grips...

*Insert Sound Effect: “Chime”*

*END FLASHBACK*

Bluster frowned and grumbled. “Well... I guess I'll have to let the oaf and his rag-tag ‘DK Crew’ come to rescue me... But he won't be getting any thanks from me when he does!” But as time began to pass, Bluster Kong began to literally twiddle his thumbs, until he realized that he was LITERALLY twiddling his thumbs! “Oh...”

*End Theme*

*Insert Theme: “Delfino Airstrip” (Super Mario Sunshine)*

The group walks through the jungle as they left the Party Grounds behind. Not wasting time to help out, Beneleon uses his Animadeus Pseudos to generate a sphere of water from the platinum blade's crystal-mounted hilt for Enguarde’s use on their way to the sea. Not willing to get left behind, Makoto hitched a ride on Rambi the rhinoceros. Yayoi chose to ride on the surprisingly adorable Ellie the elephant, while Yumeko hangs on to Expresso the agile ostrich. As for Hibiki, she chose to ride on the sturdy back of Funky Kong as he charged ahead with a confident grin of his pearly whites.

“So, K. Rool's been constructing his cruiser under the ocean surface?” Tiny asked Enguarde as she ran, to which the swordfish honestly answered. “Yeah, that's what I saw. Apparently the K. Rool Kannon Ray was just tested to destroy the underwater construction site the Skuba Kremling Team was building months ago.”

“Why didn't you tell us long ago?” Dixie frowned as she looked at the swordfish. If Enguarde has arms, he’d be shrugging right now as he made his response. “Sorry, I wanted to check out what it really was they were building.”

“Makes sense.” Yayoi seems most satisfied of the reason as she gave a big heartfelt smile while... a flower appeared on her head? Yumeko stared at the puffy tailed Idol and sweated at the sight without any comment.

Peach noticed that Benjamin seemed to be deep in thought and decided to ask him right away. “What are you thinking about, Benjamin?”
"Mhm? Oh, nothing." The being gave a quiet simple answer, but Lunabel was not convinced. “Solbert didn't know where you disappeared to, Master.”

“Yes, I've been meaning to ask you, milord. What was the purpose of putting an ultra-massive Manabarrier in the sky?” The head butler asked his question why his master had to disappear and use the barrier in the first place.

*End Theme*

"Solbert. It wasn't just that. I put each one around each island to prevent the massive sea waves caused by K.Rool’s Layz-Or-Beama's Kannon Ray from flooding beyond their shores." Benjamin gave a simple yet direct answer to his butler, as he knew how the aftereffects of tidal waves can work, which raised Solbert’s eyes so wide that they pretty much are the size of golf balls. “... Oh... Pardon me. Oh, my...”

“You shielded every island?!” Candy Kong clasped her hands on her mouth in shock... in fact, too shocked for any more words.

“Wow, even I'm impressed!” Chunky was grinning happily, amazed at such power and glad that Benjamin was on the group’s side, only for Swanky to grin in agreement at the big lovable lug of a Kong. “You took the words outta my mouth, Chunks!”

“Seriously, is there anything you can't do?” Tiny smiled as she looked the being, but Beneleon seemed to have second thoughts on what the pigtailed Kong is saying as he responded with a serious scowl on his face. “Let's... not go there.”

“Eto... should we be curious?” Azusa asked with a big question mark over her head. The Futami twins, indeed full of curiosity, jumped into the conversation. “We would!”

“Me, too.” Yayoi too was full of curiosity as she agreed with the mischievous twins, but Iori, recalling her mind of the crazy things the being had performed, including surviving LAVA of all things, voiced her opinion as she rubbed her forehead. “Let's not and say we did.”

“For once, I agree with Iori. Let's not stick our noses into unnecessary matters.” Ritsuko sighed as she rubbed her forehead as well, trying to recall how many times she had her head blown into what Benjamin had done... and the enigma of WHAT he is precisely, which never seems to be clear, since when she thought she was close to figuring him out, another absurdity occurs from Benjamin’s innumerable skills, pulling her further away from the truth.

“So, Funky-san, this... ‘K. Lumsy’ should pull K. Rool's ship out of the sky?” Producer-san, feeling that the group should stay on topic to the current threat, asked Funky, who pretty much contacted the big lug to meet with him at the eastern shore of the island to begin with as he remembered how K. Lumsy caught K. Rool’s getaway ship and played with it like a toy after the villain’s plans with the Blast-O-Matic went kaput, and the fact the cool Kong gave the villain the boot... literally, with Candy as attractive bait to get his attention. “Oh yeah! He helped Big DK and the DK Crew last time put K. Rool in the trash! And I helped out with that ONE part too.”

“I don't know, Funky. Trusting that klutzy massive monkey-loving alligator to help us handle his brother...” Cranky clearly had understandable doubts concerning K. Lumsy’s... well... clumsiness as the plan Funky had in mind end up a little double-edged. Nonetheless, DK was adamant with going with the plan as he reassured the Kong elder. “Don't sweat it, Cranky! Lumsy will help us onto the K. Rool Kaiser, and help him by taking care of the weaponry while he lifts the other half onto the ship!”

“Donkey Kong's-a definitely gettin' his-a noodle goin'!” Mario smiled as he stretched his gloves a little and readied himself. However, the mention of noodles had Luigi feeling a little hungry as he rubbed his stomach. “What I would evah do for some noodles...” But as he said that, the green plumber brother sees Takane slurp on some instant cup udon noodles. Embarrassed at the sight, Luigi fell to his right side, with his hat falling off. “Oh, come on Takane!”

*Insert Jingle: “Spiral Down” (Yu Yu Hakusho)* (Now THAT’S a look for the ladies!)

“Mmm...?” Takane halted her slurping as she looked at Luigi. But it seems that the green hero was not the only one left unimpressed as Producer-san and Ritsuko just stared at her with big anime-styled sweatdrops. “Takane...”

“As long as we're not getting shot at as he's lifting us, I'll be fine with it.” Chihaya sighed as she readied herself, not liking the idea of being target practice.

“And I'm sure WE'RE sure that Pipsy's up there, mates. Whether that croc knows that or not.” Bumper grimaced as he adjusted his racing goggles, but Timber seems to be the most agitated, especially when it comes to the little mouse as he had already prepared his sharp claws. “He better not have done anything to hurt her, or he's gonna have scratch marks all over his face!”

“*Yawn* Hwaaah, I can imagine you doing that to him, Timber... afu.” Miki yawned as she lazily spoke to the young tiger, who responded with a half-open-eyed stare at the blonde Idol. “Well, of course! Nobody gets away from hurting any of our friends.”

“Spoken like a true friend!” Makoto was clearly impressed of Timber’s loyalty and determination, as well as, in a rare sight, Iori, albeit more in a more agreeable manner. “Ha! Indeed!”

“I wouldn't say that any differently myself!” Yumeko joined in and grinned as well, but then Ami began to speak. “Tim-Tim is really devoted to helping! But...”

“But I'm thinking Tim-Tim and Bump-Bump are eager to get Pip-Pip for you know what...” Mami finished her twin sister’s sentence as the two began to sport their well-known mischievous grins! “Hmn hmn hmmmmn!”

“Mwaaah?!” “Eyyyy?!” ...Of course, Timber and Bumper heard the girls as they stare with their eyes being large round circles, purely of confusion of what might even be going on in the twins’ minds!

*Insert Sound Effect: “Heavy Footsteps”*

“You guys feeling that?” Haruka felt her body sway as she felt loud tremors start to make her wobble, a feeling shared by Tiptup as he started to lose balance as well. “I can feel it, hope I don't topple again!”

“Sounds like large footsteps. Someone larger than bad ol' Wizpig!” Drumstick bawked as the tremors came closer and feeling that the race-obsessed Wizpig would not hold a candle to whoever was making those rumbling footsteps in the area right now.
“That's definitely K. Lumsy's!” Tiny recognized the sound of the footprints as she is familiar with that particular Kremling, which got Birdo’s attention. “K. Lumsy? He's really shaking it up here!”

“Where's he coming from?!” Dixie shouted as she tried to keep her beret from falling off her head. Diddy began to look around until he saw what appears to be the mentioned Kremling at the southeast and points in that particular direction with a happy grin. “Look there!”

*Insert Theme: “Happy K. Lumsy” (Donkey Kong 64)*

True enough, the titanic ape-loving Kremling, K. Lumsy, was coming into view over the jungle trees. This giant lovable Kremling and silly younger brother of K. Rool wore only a horned skull helmet that proved too small for his large head. More importantly, K. Lumsy proved quite the unlikely ally to the Kongs, who he saw as cute, as he chased after K. Rool’s getaway plane after the failure of the Blast-o-Matic and treated it like a little kid’s toy. K. Rool tried to escape, but K. Lumsy, true to his clumsiness, tripped over a boulder and fell down, accidentally swatting the King Kruiser II, K. Rool’s getaway plane, out of the sky and into the water. Ever since then, K. Lumsy has been a beloved ally of the Kongs.

“Ha-hey!” the Kong-loving Kremling smiled as he sees the Kongs and the group and waves hello to them in quite a friendly manner.

“Heh! There he is.” Cranky grinned as he felt that the klutzy Kremling’s entrance could not have come any sooner. Soon enough, the other Kongs wave back in response.

“K. Lumsy!” “Hey! K. Lumsy!” “Lumsy-boy!” ‘Hiiiiii!” “Wassup, Giant dude!”

“Mamma mia! Dat’s a HUGE Kremling!” Mario gasped at the sight, as did Luigi. “Even-a Bowsa NEVA got dat huge!”

“Chihaya-chan, am I dreaming here?” Haruka gaped at the sight. Wanting to find out, the blue songstress pinched herself to see if she is dreaming. “Ow! Probably not...”
“Suggoi....” That was all Miki could say as she was too awestruck that her onigiri slipped out of her hand.

“Oh my....” Peach clasped her hands over her mouth and the sheer size of K. Lumsy, with Daisy ready to drop her jaw. “’Oh my’ is right!”

“Omigosh!” Hibiki gasped, while Hamuzou just passed out from shock.

“I’ve seen crazier things in this party, but THIS takes the cake!” Ritsuko froze as well, hoping in her mind that she is hallucinating Takane, Azusa, Iori, and Yoshi all stared as well, unable to make any sort of comment.

“EEEKKK!!!” Yukiho, of course, wanted to take cover by clinging herself on Makoto post-haste! The tomboyish Idol seemed to lose all color for once as she felt that her martial arts knowledge would not work here as she considered her best friend’s habit of burying herself in. “Uh... Yukiho? Will there be room for one more?”

“Brawkkk!!!! I’m starting to feel that Wizpig’s size on record just got beaten!” Drumstick was about ready to molt his feathers off while Bumper seemed unnerved. “No kiddin’ mate!”

“Oh my god...” Reiji, despite his training in Shinra, was clearly intimidated at the sheer sight that he couldn't help but stare. Xiaomu on the other gasped as she pointed at K. Lumsy. “Check out the size of this guy!”

“That THING is going to help us?” Lunabel gaped at K. Lumsy with doubt in her eyes, as did Solbert. “I'm surprised this reptilian behemoth is on their side...”

“Th-This guy's larger than the 765 Production building!” Kotori froze in place at the sight of the humongous Kremling. Producer-san then began to wonder one thing as he began to scratch his head. “Yeah, how does this guy get shelter?!”

“This guy is just as big as I remember. Big as his friendliness with the Kongs.” Benjamin smiled, happy to see that K. Lumsy is as lovable as ever as he gave the order to get to him. “Well, let's give it a shot, everyone."

*End Theme with Record Scratch sound*

But as the group starts to walk towards the towering gator, a spiraling orange beam twisted its way at the speed of lightning from the northeast, right into K. Lumsy!

“WAH-HAH-HAAAAA-AAAA-AAAAAAAUUUGHHH!!!” The giant croc screamed as he was hit by the laser as the Kongs and the group gasp as the beam made clear its purpose... K. Lumsy... was shrinking in size!

*Insert Sound Effects: “Fred Moves the Car” (The Flintstones), “Fall Whistle”, “Goofy Scream”*

“K. Lumsy!!!” The Kongs all scream at the same time, and without dealy, they, as well as the group, run to see if he was alright.

Rise to the sky, Cyan Omniseraph! Aerial assault on the K. Rool Kaiser!

*Bowser’s Castle ~ Foyer*

*Insert Theme: “Bowser’s Theme” (Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door)*

For some weird reason, disappointment hanged in the already gloomy air in Bowser’s Castle as Bowser Jr. and Kammy Koopa escorted the quiet Bowser. And what’s more, for some strange reason unknown even to the Mario Bros. who of course was not at all involved, Bowser was all covered in bandages from the injuries he ended up with from the ruckus the whole Koopa Troop just witnessed.

“That looked rough! You sure you're okay, papa?” The Koopa Prince, worried for his father, called out to the Koopa King while Kammy observed the damages. “To be buried under all that fortress debris? What do you think, Young Master?”

“Big Owchies!” Bowser Jr. pretty much gave the only words needed to describe Bowser’s pain right now.

“Yeah, I'm no stranger to this...” The Koopa King mumbled as he rubbed the bandages on him and gave a loud groan. “Where in dad's name did those blasted robots come from from?!?!”

*End Theme*

*FLASHBACK*

*Insert Sound Effect: “Flashback Chime”, Insert Theme: “Woohoo Hooniversity” (Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga)*

*Multi-Dimensional Pipe Testing Fortress*

Bowser, with Junior on his shoulder and accompanied by Kamek and Kammy, watch the scientists at work with a new Multi-Dimensional Warp System, a technological means for the MD Pipe, probably done with a stolen blueprint of the original done by Prof. E. Gadd in a fortress which was kept secret for research purposes.

“Hehehehehe, this technology the troops stole from that coke-bottle eyeglass-wearing old coot has made me gain a major leap into Bad Guy Plotting on whole new levels! Look at it, the MD Warp System! With this, I can cross over to new galaxies in the Mushroom Universe to station new territories! Or different dimensions I've never visited!” Bowser spoke with glee on his face as he announced the new warping system as he had sent scouts to one random location in particular that is not of the world. Bowser Jr. was overjoyed to the sheer immensity of his father’s sudden genius of being able to cross dimensions as he smiled happily. “Papa, I'm glad to be the baddest son to the baddest father in the universe!”

“I'm glad you see it that way, son...” Bowser cried tears of joy, happy that in his mind that he has the best son in the world ever since the day when Bowser Jr. pledged after the incident back in Isle Delfino that when he got older that he would fight Mario again. And time and time again, despite his own share of defeats, he proved to his father that the fruit did not fall far from the tree as he proved to be natural Koopa heir.

“We're getting a return notice from Dimension Pipe 4!” One of the Koopa scientists put in charge of monitoring the pipe system sent an alert to Bowser which also got Kamek’s attention. “Ooh! Looks like we nabbed a fish here, Your Badliness!”

“Terrific! Let's have a look shall we!?” Bowser was giddy as he wanted to see the results. As the Koopa King, Prince, and the two lead Magikoopas take a lift to the very pipe section run by a few Koopa scientists, all of a sudden, the hatch to the very pipe opens up, and from inside, a trio of Koopa Troopas who volunteered for the project, looking a little blue in their faces, jump out with something in tow.

“Welcome back!” The scientist welcomed the trio back. However what he got for a response was that the lone red Troopa in the trio was gasping heavily, while the first of the green Koopa Troopas weakly uttered out two words. “Air... AIR...!”

“Nhunh?! Where have you been?” Bowser stood in shock as he wondered where the trio ended up in, only for the second green shelled Koopa Troopa to weakly answer that question. “Space... Outer... Space...”

“You need air after coming back from Outer Space? Couldn't you breathe in space?” Bowser Jr. clearly remembered his experiences in the Mushroom Galaxy as he asked the Koopas, but then the red Koopa Troopa shot down that thought as he was still gasping for air. “We... couldn't... in the space... of that... dimension...!”

Bowser then turned his red eyes at the reader... wait, the reader? ...As he knocked the Fourth Wall down in making his random comment, eying the reader as such! “Don't even ask how we've breathed in space...”

Returning his focus to the matter at hand, the Koopa King turned to the lead scientist of the project and asked his next question. “Hey, Chief Egghead! Where in the Mushroom Universe did you send these guys?!”

“How should we know? We developed a RCG (Random Coordinates Generator) for all the pipes in the MD Warp Pipe System!” The scientist shrugged as he felt that the test subjects were sent far from this dimension. The red Koopa Troopa and his comrades recover from their lack-of-oxygen mishap as he gave his report. “Your Grouchiness, we successfully made it to the other side of our pipe, but wound up in space from 'nother dimension that is different from ours.”

“AND?” Bowser raised his eyebrow as he clearly wanted to hear what the Koopas found, with the red Koopa giving the proof. “And... we wanted to bring proof by bringing you this...”

*End Theme, Insert Theme: “I Love You, Sincerely” (Xenosaga: Episode 3)*

The two green shelled Koopa Troopas reveal that they had found a badly damaged female android, save for her head and left arm, her right arm and legs were gone. She had Caucasian artificial skin, long cosmic light blue hair and clad in white and blue armor. (Wait a minute... is that... is that... who I think it is?)

“Huh?” Kamek stared dumbfoundedly at the android and her closed eyes. Kammy was just as dumbfounded as her son as she began to wonder out loud. “What or who is this junk?”

“She has a pretty face, papa!” Bowser Jr. made a cheerful comment at the looks of the android. Bowser looked at her as well and had to admit in his mind that whoever made the android out from wherever she came from definitely had the looks down perfectly as he then gave an immediate order on what to do with her for the time being. “Wow! Ain't she an eyeful! Shame she ain't human, but... this is our first interdimensional find from another universe! Gwahahahaha! Hey, I wonder if we can rebuild her... Take her out of here.” With that, the three Koopas quickly attempt to carry the android out of the room... albeit a bit slowly as she was a bit heavy for them.

*End Theme, Insert Sound Effect: “Klaxon Flare”*

“MD Pipes 1 through 3 are on Return Alert!” A Goomba scientist hollered out loud, quickly getting Bowser’s attention. “Huh?!”

“At the same time?! I wonder what's new?” Bowser Jr. wondered with a big question mark over his head as he looked at the hatches, which then quickly open to reveal the Koopa Troop scouts who were sent earlier jump out in a panicking frenzy! And the poor Goomba was knocked aside like a beach ball. “GYAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!”

(Koopas) “WAAAAAAUUGHHH!!!”
(Lakitu) “DAAAAAAGHHHHH!!!”

“Mh'huh?!” Bowser was startled as he looked at his panicking minions. In place of his leader, before he could react, Kamek decided to do the fuming for him as he shouted at the panicking minions. “What are you doing back with nothing?!”

“We ran into a problem!” The red Koopa of the retreating troop responded, only for the green Koopa of the air-recovering group to respond in kind. “You too?!”

“Some of my group got beaten and captured!” The Lakitu just had to break out the bad news, making Bowser Jr., Kamek, and Kammy drop their jaws. “Huh?!”
“MD Pipes 1 through 3 are still receiving returns!” The scientist alerted the Koopa crew, making the second of the green Koopas that went through the pipe with he had stayed in bed today. “WHAT?! They're following us?!”

“EHHH?! We're being followed?!” The red Koopa’s eyes bulged in response, enough for the Lakitu in the group to shout one thing in panic. “Block the hatches! Block the hatches!”

“Huh?” The scientists all stare at the Lakitu, with the leader of them speaking for them. “What's going on?!” But before the lead scientist could get an answer, four large machines jump out of the Multi Dimension Pipe prototypes!

*Insert Theme: “Where Infinities Meet” (Super Robot Wars Original Generation: Endless Frontier)*

The black Personal Trooper known as the Phantom, along with the Abend, Nacht and Arkon, appear out of the pipes as they land on the ground and observe their surroundings. In addition to the Phantom, which was already described before, the Abend, a Gespenst MK IV variant shortened to the Weiss Ritter Abend, is a completely white three-meter-tall Personal Trooper with red trims, recreated from the original and used by the Orchestral Army, sprouting laser demonic wings and armed with a rifle known as the Partisan Launcher. Its armor is only half the strength of the Gespenst, but to compensate for lower defenses, the Abend is much faster as it specializes in speed.

Next to the Abend is the Nacht, callsigned the Gespenst MK III, better known as the Alt Eisen Nacht, or “Nacht” for short. This Personal Trooper is predominantly red colored with black coloring on its joints and white on various parts on its front chassis and rear verriers. Compared to the Phantom and the Abend, this Personal Trooper is very bulky for its size and heavily armored, with its unique protruding horn on its forehead. This Personal Trooper is armed with a left-mounted three-barreled Gatling Gun with a smaller Claymore attached on the arm, a stake like weapon on its right arm, and shoulder mounted projectile launchers.

Lastly, the Arkon, also known as the Shinka Ialdaboath, a fully powered version of its original Ialdaboath state, is an unusual Personal Trooper with a predominant black color replacing its original blue with red highlights for the head, hands and feet. Its main distinguishable feature is that it sports a long thick grey mane from its head, acting as both its hair and a cape. Unlike the three other Personal Troopers, the Arkon sports no visible weapons whatsoever, focusing its power solely on energy manipulation and martial arts techniques.

Within mere moments, the four Personal Troopers see the hatches on the Multi Dimension Pipes close behind them, unable to do anything to open them up.
“Wowweee! Papa, look! Robots!” Bowser Jr. cried out loud as he point at the mechs. Bowser however dropped his big jaw like an open cash register at the sight. “What the...?! Where'd they come from?!”

“More robots?! Just my day...!” Kammy frowned as she felt a headache just starting in her.
The Phantom, Abend, Nacht, and Arkong all stare at Bowser and quietly began to analyze him, as if telling if he is either an ally or a hostile. The faculty could gaze at the Personal Troopers as they look back at them with the same manner.
“I'm feeling uneasy... I've got a bad feeling something wrong's gonna happen, Master...”

The Red and Green Koopa next to the Phantom sweat profusely from panic and fear, as they felt that they should not have encounter the mech in the first place, as it was very hostile to them. Sadly, all hope of it not noticing them was utterly lost as it DID turn toward them, making the two Koopas turn yellow. “AAACK!!!”

The Phantom gazed on the two Koopas it chased, then to their leader, then eyes the Koopas taking the “familiar android” remnants, analyzes them, and recognizes the design as the same as a familiar android it had encountered before, although she right now looks like she had better days. MUCH better days.

Within moments, the four mechs see the ones it chased and back to their leader, then eyes the Koopas taking the "familiar android" remains, analyzes and recognizes the design* ...!!!

“It's obvious these robots are made for combat! I could use these crush that plumbscum Mario with their abilities and the Mushroom Kingdom! Men, seize those mechs and take them for study!” Being the big dumb villain that he is, Bowser ordered to have them taken for experimentation, but the red and green Koopas were completely against that idea, shouting one thing at the same time in complete unison. “ARE YOU CRAZY?!?!?!”

Seeing Bowser’s action as an act of hostility, the Arkon shakes it fist as one would do when they are angry. The Abend looks at the Nacht, waiting for a response. For its answer, the red colored Personal Trooper went on the offensive using its technique, Layered Claymore.

*Insert Sound Effects: “Explosions”*

“AAAAAAGH!!!” Bowser, Bowser Jr., Kamek, and Kammy scream at the same time, realizing that they are in deep trouble, and for the next couple of minutes the lab became a warzone. The Phantom went first as it readied its large yellow single edged blade and pretty much began to slash the place to pieces, with the Koopas, Goombas and the Lakitus, both fighters and scientists, scrambled all over to avoid being sliced in half. The Nacht then took its turn as it finished with its Claymores and let loose with its Gatling Gun, causing more of the scientists to take cover. Fortunately, not even a single bullet hit them as the rubble from the rampage that was being caused counted for could cover. The Arkon then took its turn with its martial arts attacks and the Abend with its speedy strikes, but when the Nacht joined in and helped to ravage the fortress from the inside, the Phantom noticed a few Koopas leaving the scene with the “familiar android” and rushes out to chase them. Fortunately again, Bowser managed to save his son from falling debris by using his large body as cover as, between the two, he took the most damage from the falling stones.

*End Theme with Sound Effect: “Flashback Chime”*

“If I knew they were going to attack... Agh...” Bowser groaned as he still felt pain in his back from the fallen debris.

“Told you I was getting a bad feeling from that. Kammy took note of her son’s wisdom as she made her own comment. “And those robots scattered away into different directions, a shame for us we'll have such difficulty finding them.”

“And when we find them... I'm gonna' make them pay.” Bowser growled as he grit his teeth, wanting vengeance for the chaos that happened in his face, while at the same time feeling a little relieved that Mario would have no knowledge of what just happened.

“Papa? Does this mean that thing's off?” Bowser Jr. wondered that now that the lab is destroyed, he began to worry that the project might be halted to a complete standstill. Bowser, being the surprisingly good father that he is, knelt down to his son’s eye level and reassured that the plans will still go as planned right before he made a pun of his own. “No, Junior. The Multi-Dimension Pipe Project isn't off the table after what happened earlier. Now that we know it works, traveling over the boundaries of time and space is no longer a pipe dream for us! Bwa ha ha! Get it? ‘Pipe Dream’?!"

“Pffft- BAH HA HAHAHAHAHA!” Bowser Jr. fell backwards laughing his head off at the actually decent pun his father made, who then chuckled a little more before he spoke again. “Ha... Kamek, while Kammy tends to my pain in the infirmary, now that the MDP System is a big success, gather the ghosts of the spy team for a very important recon mission.”

*Insert Theme: “Catastrophe” (Super Mario Galaxy)*

“You have a specific place in mind to send them with the system, Your Curiousness?” Kamek asked with curiosity in his mind as he adjusted his glasses, only to hear Bowser make his plans known... plans of INVASION. “Oh yes, Kamek- I'm sending them... into the Idols' Homeworld. Their country will first be the first to be conquered in my quest to dominate their world! Then I will rule their universe and this one with a iron clawed fist! Gah hahahahahaha, BWA HAHAHAHAHA--!!!”

*Insert Sound Effect: “Pain”, End Theme with Slowdown Effect*

“--HAAH?! OWWWWwwww!” ..But, of course, karma bites Bowser in the back as he still has not healed from his injuries and from it drops to the ground.

“WHA-- Papa!?” Bowser Jr.’s eyes were pretty much white saucers as he panicked and checked on his fallen father, as did Kamek, who felt his eyes bulge out of his glasses for a bit. “Goodness, Master Bowser!”

“Perhaps you shouldn't laugh with evilness before I heal you, Your Nastiness.” Kammy pointed out to her liege, right before he glared it her with his patented “I’ll-fry-you-with-my-breath” look. “Don't rub salt in my wounds, you old hag!”

Kammy, put in utter, yet terrified, silence, nodded without a word.

*K. Rool Kruiser ~ Brig*

*Insert Sound Effects: “Muffled Explosions”, “Cannon Fire”*

Krunch was wandering around the brig’s corridors with a map in hand trying to locate the destination of who he's supposed to be guarding despite the noise from outside. “Ehhh... All that noise and a guy can't read a map in peace...! ... Ah, here we are. This must be the prisoner's cell block.” With that, the rookie Kremling opens the door.

*Insert Theme: “Nageki no Mori ~ Music Box Version” (Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni)*

As Krunch enters the cell block, he hears sounds of muffled sobbing. The Kremling then pauses to remember something, the fact he's not sure exactly WHO he's supposed to guard, then proceeds inside. As he went in, Krunch then sees a young yellow mouse trapped in a steel cage, rope-tied, gagged and blindfolded in the center of the room.

“Hmm...? Hnnn...” The rookie Kreming was sure he has seen this person somewhere as he closes the door, but then a bad feeling creeps in his heart at the drop of a bead of sweat as it lands on the ground.

“What's she doing here? Who is she... Wait..” Echoing thoughts linger in Krunch’s mind as he stared at the mouse as she began to seem VERY familiar to the Kremling, but for some reason, it was in a good way. As he took a closer look, Krunch realized that there is one character that looks like the prisoner here as he dropped his jaw in realization. “Pipsy?!”

Hoping against hope, the rookie Kremling turns to the imprisoned mouse and realized the truth of who is imprisoned exactly and the reality he just landed himself in! “Pipsy?!?!”

“Hmmhf?!” Indeed, the mouse girl that Krunch was familiar with reacted to his voice as he reached into her cage and removes the gag and blindfold to give her a little freedom, as he clearly needed answers.

“*Gasp!* Krunch? Is that you? What are doing here?” Pipsy gasped for breath as she realized who she is talking to as Krunch felt in desperate need to ask the mouse what she is even doing in the DK Isles. “Khh... I... I wasn't expectin' to meet you here... I wasn't thinking karma would let me be guarding a prisoner like you! I wanna' hear your story first, what are you doing here in the Isles?!”

Pipsy was quiet for a few seconds before she began to meekly speak. “W... We had Diddy visiting the Island...”

“Diddy?” Krunch wondered for a bit before letting the mouse continue explaining. “Yes... Diddy was visitiing the island and he invited me, Timber, Bumper... Tiptup and Drumstick... We were invited to a party with some very special guests visiting from the mainlands and from another dimension for the appearance of the Dimension Comet's rare appearance and we don't want to miss it. We got permission from Timber's Parents and Drumstick drove the motor boat to DK Island. Some bad things happened while we were there, when that woman stole the Crystal Coconut, I followed them while no one was looking.”

“Saya. I was told King K. Rool got the Coconut from her.” Krunch recalled about the Ouma agent as Pipsy held her head down as she spoke again. “Ah... Yes. I tried to stay out of Ms. Saya's sight and get the jewel back, I tried to get in the king's vault but I got caught... King K. Rool... said they are going to make me into a lab experiment and a meal for his pet after they done with me...!”

“...” Krunch grew quiet for a moment as to comprehend the situation Pipsy put herself in.

*End Theme*

“W-What about you...?” The mouse then nervously asked the rookie Kremling as he gein to sadly think for a moment.

*Insert Theme: “The Meaning of the Mission” (Tales of Xillia)*

“...... I've been a rookie in the king's ranks ever since I followed Diddy to Timber's Island in thought he knew of an Anti-Kremling weapon...” Krunch quietly spoke, looking very ashamed of himself as it seemed like bitter tears are about to fall from his eyes and getting Pipsy’s attention completely. But before she could speak again, the Kremling’s tone went to the sound of loneliness as he covered his face and spoke again. “I never thought that time would change for me when the Kongs and the others glare and jeer at me for working for a bad guy... After all, all I did this year for them was assist in taking the Kongs Banana Hoard... All the bad stuff to gain ill-gotten money to stay alive. But after all I did... You.... you out of the whole island gang... you were the only one among who was able to approach me, even in my nasty mode. I've always wondered, ‘Why do you come near me, I'm the typical cliché bad guy here’. Why are you still friendly with a bad guy like me after we've been out of contact for who knows how long?”

“Why...? Well... I guess... during your time with us, you actually really weren't big a bully as you looked. You looked like you needed a real friend.” Pipsy answered honestly which got Krunch to stop despairing as he looked at the mouse. As he stared at her, Pipsy closed her eyes and kept speaking. “In fact, you helped me more than you wanted, even more than you remember. And I know you hated losing, which happened a lot in the races to stop Wizpig, yet you stayed on the winning team... Our team. Krunch, you don't belong on the side with a big bad meanie like King K. Rool, he lost to Donkey Kong and friends plenty of times. Don't you think it's time for you to leave him and lived a friendlier honest life?”

Krunch took a moment to think, remembering that the little mouse treated him like a dear friend, then thought of K. Rool and his crew, and how much they had bungled their plans. After a few moments, Krunch had made his decision... by calmly putting the black gag around Pipsy’s mouth... wait, what?
“Mmmph?!” The girl was about to panic, but Krunch gave a calm, yet relaxed gaze as to explain the reason for returning the gag. “Why not? I never liked being on the losing side anyway. But it's not gonna' help us if the king and the boys get suspicious of me, right? Let's wait for the opportunity to escape when the time's right.”

“...Mmh hmmf.” Pipsy, realizing that Krunch is really meaning to ditch K. Rool’s side, nodded as the Kremling decided to lay low....

*End Theme*

Things went eerily quiet as Krunch had noticed when he spoke. “That's weird.”

“Hmmmf?” Pipsy tried to speak, knowing full well that the gag is back on, wondering what Krunch meant. Fortunately, the croc pointed what the source of unease was. “The noise of combat outside stopped. When did that happen...?”

Outside Pipsy's cell block, a struggling Bluster Kong is dragged by two grey brutish Kremlings down the brig corridor as a prisoner. (Why am I not surprised that he’d be defeated?)

“Get in there!” The Kremling Brute shouted as he roughly pushes Bluster into an empty cell.

“Ooofff!” The Mama’s boy of a Kong fell on his face in the floor before quickly getting himself up, right before the door was closed up and locked tight. Not so thrilled, Bluster began banging his hands at the door. “Let me out, you savage swamp lake bottom-dwelling plebians!”

*Insert Theme: “Depression” (Donkey Kong Country cartoon)*

No matter how much he slammed his hands on the door, the rich Kong’s efforts seemed to be in vain as he fell to his knees in defeat and lamented on his failed attempt at heroism. “Ohhhhh... the humiliation! I can't bear to let Candy see me like this...! And after all that needless, yet secret, manual labor I put effort in those preparations, who would have thought it ends for Bluster the Brave like this?!”

*FLASHBACK*

*Insert Sound Effect: “Chime”*

Bluster's Barrelcopter flies in over the gun turrets of the K. Rool Kaiser, launching TNT Barrel missiles and rockets as well as dropping TNT Barrels in a bombarding run! Yet despite Bluster’s efforts, a laser blast fired and made a clean hit on one of the propellers of the Barrelcopter, making the ride unstable.

“Whooh!” Bluster yelped right before the Barrelcopter took another hit and began to lose control and fall to the ship’s deck, taking its pilot with it! “Oh nononononono NOOOOOOO!!”

*Insert Sound Effects: “Falling Plane”, “Crash”, “Explosion”*

The Barrelcopter, unable to take any more damage, falls from the sky as it crashes into the deck of the Kaiser in a fiery explosion. Luckily, the blast threw Bluster into a tumble out of the wreckage with debris flying all over. Shaking his head from the wooziness he just felt, the blusterous Kong turns his head to see his ride all up in flaming ruins. “Ah! Oh no... the Barrelcopter! Mommy will be livid!”

*Insert Sound Effect: “Gun Cocking”*

The Kong clearly heard that sound and gasped in response as he turned his head again as sees Klaptrap Blasters in his face, pointed straight at him!

The Kremlings make way for King K. Rool, accompanied by Klump, Krusha, Kopter, and Kludge, a large blue muscular Kremling with an x shaped scar on his stomach, chains around his wrists, and intimidating red eyes and known to be a powerhouse among his kind. The Kremling King looked at the once-blustering Kong and grinned before giving the two blue Kremlings. “You tell her to take a number, I was livid first... from seeing you having the primitive idiocy of a daredevil doing something way out of your element! The Hero act is more malapropos as your ‘Bluster the Benevolent’ act. You two! Bring this buffoon of a baboon- to a presidential suite... IN THE BRIG!”

“Oh! Unhand me you scaly rapscallions!” Bluster shouted out as he was grabbed by the two Kremlings. But try as he might, the rich Kong was unable to break free of their grips...

*Insert Sound Effect: “Chime”*

*END FLASHBACK*

Bluster frowned and grumbled. “Well... I guess I'll have to let the oaf and his rag-tag ‘DK Crew’ come to rescue me... But he won't be getting any thanks from me when he does!” But as time began to pass, Bluster Kong began to literally twiddle his thumbs, until he realized that he was LITERALLY twiddling his thumbs! “Oh...”

*Near the eastern shores of DK Island...*

*Insert Theme: “Delfino Airstrip” (Super Mario Sunshine)*

The group walks through the jungle as they left the Party Grounds behind. Not wasting time to help out, Beneleon uses his Animadeus Pseudos to generate a sphere of water from the platinum blade's crystal-mounted hilt for Enguarde’s use on their way to the sea. Not willing to get left behind, Makoto hitched a ride on Rambi the rhinoceros. Yayoi chose to ride on the surprisingly adorable Ellie the elephant, while Yumeko hangs on to Expresso the agile ostrich. As for Hibiki, she chose to ride on the sturdy back of Funky Kong as he charged ahead with a confident grin of his pearly whites.

“So, K. Rool's been constructing his cruiser under the ocean surface?” Tiny asked Enguarde as she ran, to which the swordfish honestly answered. “Yeah, that's what I saw. Apparently the K. Rool Kannon Ray was just tested to destroy the underwater construction site the Skuba Kremling Team was building months ago.”

“Why didn't you tell us long ago?” Dixie frowned as she looked at the swordfish. If Enguarde has arms, he’d be shrugging right now as he made his response. “Sorry, I wanted to check out what it really was they were building.”

“Makes sense.” Yayoi seems most satisfied of the reason as she gave a big heartfelt smile while... a flower appeared on her head? Yumeko stared at the puffy tailed Idol and sweated at the sight without any comment.

Peach noticed that Benjamin seemed to be deep in thought and decided to ask him right away. “What are you thinking about, Benjamin?”
"Mhm? Oh, nothing." The being gave a quiet simple answer, but Lunabel was not convinced. “Solbert didn't know where you disappeared to, Master.”

“Yes, I've been meaning to ask you, milord. What was the purpose of putting an ultra-massive Manabarrier in the sky?” The head butler asked his question why his master had to disappear and use the barrier in the first place.

"Solbert. It wasn't just that. I put each one around each island to prevent the massive sea waves caused by K.Rool’s Layz-Or-Beama's Kannon Ray from flooding beyond their shores." Benjamin gave a simple yet direct answer to his butler, as he knew how the aftereffects of tidal waves can work, which raised Solbert’s eyes so wide that they pretty much are the size of golf balls. “... Oh... Pardon me. Oh, my...”

“You shielded every island?!” Candy Kong clasped her hands on her mouth in shock... in fact, too shocked for any more words.

“Wow, even I'm impressed!” Chunky was grinning happily, amazed at such power and glad that Benjamin was on the group’s side, only for Swanky to grin in agreement at the big lovable lug of a Kong. “You took the words outta my mouth, Chunks!”

“Seriously, is there anything you can't do?” Tiny smiled as she looked the being, but Beneleon seemed to have second thoughts on what the pigtailed Kong is saying as he responded with a serious scowl on his face. “Let's... not go there.”

“Eto... should we be curious?” Azusa asked with a big question mark over her head. The Futami twins, indeed full of curiosity, jumped into the conversation. “We would!”

“Me, too.” Yayoi too was full of curiosity as she agreed with the mischievous twins, but Iori, recalling her mind of the crazy things the being had performed, including surviving LAVA of all things, voiced her opinion as she rubbed her forehead. “Let's not and say we did.”

“For once, I agree with Iori. Let's not stick our noses into unnecessary matters.” Ritsuko sighed as she rubbed her forehead as well, trying to recall how many times she had her head blown into what Benjamin had done... and the enigma of WHAT he is precisely, which never seems to be clear, since when she thought she was close to figuring him out, another absurdity occurs from Benjamin’s innumerable skills, pulling her further away from the truth.

“So, Funky-san, this... ‘K. Lumsy’ should pull K. Rool's ship out of the sky?” Producer-san, feeling that the group should stay on topic to the current threat, asked Funky, who pretty much contacted the big lug to meet with him at the eastern shore of the island to begin with as he remembered how K. Lumsy caught K. Rool’s getaway ship and played with it like a toy after the villain’s plans with the Blast-O-Matic went kaput, and the fact the cool Kong gave the villain the boot... literally, with Candy as attractive bait to get his attention. “Oh yeah! He helped Big DK and the DK Crew last time put K. Rool in the trash! And I helped out with that ONE part too.”

“I don't know, Funky. Trusting that klutzy massive monkey-loving alligator to help us handle his brother...” Cranky clearly had understandable doubts concerning K. Lumsy’s... well... clumsiness as the plan Funky had in mind end up a little double-edged. Nonetheless, DK was adamant with going with the plan as he reassured the Kong elder. “Don't sweat it, Cranky! Lumsy will help us onto the K. Rool Kaiser, and help him by taking care of the weaponry while he lifts the other half onto the ship!”

“Donkey Kong's-a definitely gettin' his-a noodle goin'!” Mario smiled as he stretched his gloves a little and readied himself. However, the mention of noodles had Luigi feeling a little hungry as he rubbed his stomach. “What I would evah do for some noodles...” But as he said that, the green plumber brother sees Takane slurp on some instant cup udon noodles. Embarrassed at the sight, Luigi fell to his right side, with his hat falling off. “Oh, come on Takane!”

*Insert Jingle: “Spiral Down” (Yu Yu Hakusho)* (Now THAT’S a look for the ladies!)

“Mmm...?” Takane halted her slurping as she looked at Luigi. But it seems that the green hero was not the only one left unimpressed as Producer-san and Ritsuko just stared at her with big anime-styled sweatdrops. “Takane...”

“As long as we're not getting shot at as he's lifting us, I'll be fine with it.” Chihaya sighed as she readied herself, not liking the idea of being target practice.

“And I'm sure WE'RE sure that Pipsy's up there, mates. Whether that croc knows that or not.” Bumper grimaced as he adjusted his racing goggles, but Timber seems to be the most agitated, especially when it comes to the little mouse as he had already prepared his sharp claws. “He better not have done anything to hurt her, or he's gonna have scratch marks all over his face!”

“*Yawn* Hwaaah, I can imagine you doing that to him, Timber... afu.” Miki yawned as she lazily spoke to the young tiger, who responded with a half-open-eyed stare at the blonde Idol. “Well, of course! Nobody gets away from hurting any of our friends.”

“Spoken like a true friend!” Makoto was clearly impressed of Timber’s loyalty and determination, as well as, in a rare sight, Iori, albeit more in a more agreeable manner. “Ha! Indeed!”

“I wouldn't say that any differently myself!” Yumeko joined in and grinned as well, but then Ami began to speak. “Tim-Tim is really devoted to helping! But...”

“But I'm thinking Tim-Tim and Bump-Bump are eager to get Pip-Pip for you know what...” Mami finished her twin sister’s sentence as the two began to sport their well-known mischievous grins! “Hmn hmn hmmmmn!”

“Mwaaah?!” “Eyyyy?!” ...Of course, Timber and Bumper heard the girls as they stare with their eyes being large round circles, purely of confusion of what might even be going on in the twins’ minds!

*Insert Sound Effect: “Heavy Footsteps”*

“You guys feeling that?” Haruka felt her body sway as she felt loud tremors start to make her wobble, a feeling shared by Tiptup as he started to lose balance as well. “I can feel it, hope I don't topple again!”

“Sounds like large footsteps. Someone larger than bad ol' Wizpig!” Drumstick bawked as the tremors came closer and feeling that the race-obsessed Wizpig would not hold a candle to whoever was making those rumbling footsteps in the area right now.
“That's definitely K. Lumsy's!” Tiny recognized the sound of the footprints as she is familiar with that particular Kremling, which got Birdo’s attention. “K. Lumsy? He's really shaking it up here!”

“Where's he coming from?!” Dixie shouted as she tried to keep her beret from falling off her head. Diddy began to look around until he saw what appears to be the mentioned Kremling at the southeast and points in that particular direction with a happy grin. “Look there!”

*Insert Theme: “Happy K. Lumsy” (Donkey Kong 64)*

True enough, the titanic ape-loving Kremling, K. Lumsy, was coming into view over the jungle trees. This giant lovable Kremling and silly younger brother of K. Rool wore only a horned skull helmet that proved too small for his large head. More importantly, K. Lumsy proved quite the unlikely ally to the Kongs, who he saw as cute, as he chased after K. Rool’s getaway plane after the failure of the Blast-o-Matic and treated it like a little kid’s toy. K. Rool tried to escape, but K. Lumsy, true to his clumsiness, tripped over a boulder and fell down, accidentally swatting the King Kruiser II, K. Rool’s getaway plane, out of the sky and into the water. Ever since then, K. Lumsy has been a beloved ally of the Kongs.

“Ha-hey!” the Kong-loving Kremling smiled as he sees the Kongs and the group and waves hello to them in quite a friendly manner.

“Heh! There he is.” Cranky grinned as he felt that the klutzy Kremling’s entrance could not have come any sooner. Soon enough, the other Kongs wave back in response.

“K. Lumsy!” “Hey! K. Lumsy!” “Lumsy-boy!” ‘Hiiiiii!” “Wassup, Giant dude!”

“Mamma mia! Dat’s a HUGE Kremling!” Mario gasped at the sight, as did Luigi. “Even-a Bowsa NEVA got dat huge!”

“Chihaya-chan, am I dreaming here?” Haruka gaped at the sight. Wanting to find out, the blue songstress pinched herself to see if she is dreaming. “Ow! Probably not...”
“Suggoi....” That was all Miki could say as she was too awestruck that her onigiri slipped out of her hand.

“Oh my....” Peach clasped her hands over her mouth and the sheer size of K. Lumsy, with Daisy ready to drop her jaw. “’Oh my’ is right!”

“Omigosh!” Hibiki gasped, while Hamuzou just passed out from shock.

“I’ve seen crazier things in this party, but THIS takes the cake!” Ritsuko froze as well, hoping in her mind that she is hallucinating Takane, Azusa, Iori, and Yoshi all stared as well, unable to make any sort of comment.

“EEEKKK!!!” Yukiho, of course, wanted to take cover by clinging herself on Makoto post-haste! The tomboyish Idol seemed to lose all color for once as she felt that her martial arts knowledge would not work here as she considered her best friend’s habit of burying herself in. “Uh... Yukiho? Will there be room for one more?”

“Brawkkk!!!! I’m starting to feel that Wizpig’s size on record just got beaten!” Drumstick was about ready to molt his feathers off while Bumper seemed unnerved. “No kiddin’ mate!”

“Oh my god...” Reiji, despite his training in Shinra, was clearly intimidated at the sheer sight that he couldn't help but stare. Xiaomu on the other gasped as she pointed at K. Lumsy. “Check out the size of this guy!”

“That THING is going to help us?” Lunabel gaped at K. Lumsy with doubt in her eyes, as did Solbert. “I'm surprised this reptilian behemoth is on their side...”

“Th-This guy's larger than the 765 Production building!” Kotori froze in place at the sight of the humongous Kremling. Producer-san then began to wonder one thing as he began to scratch his head. “Yeah, how does this guy get shelter?!”

“This guy is just as big as I remember. Big as his friendliness with the Kongs.” Benjamin smiled, happy to see that K. Lumsy is as lovable as ever as he gave the order to get to him. “Well, let's give it a shot, everyone."

*End Theme with Record Scratch sound*

But as the group starts to walk towards the towering gator, a spiraling orange beam twisted its way at the speed of lightning from the northeast, right into K. Lumsy!

“WAH-HAH-HAAAAA-AAAA-AAAAAAAUUUGHHH!!!” The giant croc screamed as he was hit by the laser as the Kongs and the group gasp as the beam made clear its purpose... K. Lumsy... was shrinking in size!

*Insert Sound Effects: “Fred Moves the Car” (The Flintstones), “Fall Whistle”, “Goofy Scream”*

“K. Lumsy!!!” The Kongs all scream at the same time, and without dealy, they, as well as the group, run to see if he was alright.
