eh. I drew this back when I was working in Washington, during one of my lunch breaks. I liked how it turned out so I finally colored it. I was trying to do something with the background, but I couldn't get it to look quite right, so I just went with a transparent one.
yeah... it's Pikachu as a human girl. That, or just a random girl cosplaying as Pikachu. Either way it's cute. X3
