I admit, of all the "established" Behind the Veil characters, Kit was probably NOT the one you were expecting first...

Still, the spunky robot girl is a favorite of mine to write about, and she's also one of the more interesting ones to draw. It's all the little details that make her unique, from the hair stripe (which is pink here, but I can say it may appear in different colors in later stories) to the exposed mechanical joints, metallic colored eyes and tongue, and even the irises - they're hexagonal!

Too, you can compare this to her appearance in Kit's Doodle. The background and borders match her speech bubbles, an intentional effect. We'll see this with other characters in the future; some might even have differently colored text! (But to date, no character I've worked on so far has had that just yet.)

Otherwise, what else were you expecting from Kit? Carefree, silly, a big [mechanical] heart, she's just a joy... If sometimes having a habit of throwing her friends for a loop with her antics!
