Hm ... I found myself immediately focusing on the little guy in the middle, and my eyes are always lead back to him. However, I do not like the character itself too much. It has a stiff pose and my mind does not recognize it (maybe there is too many elements mixed: human body, fox-tail, alien eyes, horns, lava blob...). Also its style is a bit comic like, whereas the rest of the picture looks detailed and somehow realistic (in its fantasy setting). Maybe there is also something with too many colors or the white light right there in the center around the character, hard to tell for me.
Ok, enough of the critique, aside from the character I like nearly everything about this picture. Great colors, light and forms, amazing atmosphere!

It's hard for me to find something wrong with it, so I'll just say I love how you used light sources and colors here, specially stunning on the foreground grass by the left side.

The composition and colors seem fine .. Everything points me back to the lil red guy in the middle. Now that i think of it it might be that rock on the left of him maybe it competes for attention with him... but then again the color brings me back to the character. Maybe its distracting me because it is larger than him and so close to him. It might be better to just have the trees roots there so the rock doesn't distract from the character.
Honestly its a great overall painting I love the colors 10/10
