"Who is it?" He asked out loud as he got up and picked up the papers that fell from his desk.

"Sir Luminous. It's Clarissa. Permission to enter your office." The redhead's voice echoed behind the door, suddenly calming the Dragonborn's nerves from the earlier call.

"Proceed, Clarissa." Luminous said as Clarissa entered his office, immediately noticing that she was wearing the Pendragon uniform, other than her regular ones. "Your clothes..."

"Hmm? Oh, right." Clarissa said a bit embarrassed as she scratched the back of her neck. "Madam Alexandra was the one who insisted that I wear this uniform right after meeting the knights during the tour. Not to mention sparring with some of them."

"You sparred with the knights?" Luminous asked a bit surprised, "Did my mother do anything else to you these past few hours?"

"Hmm... Nothing in particular, other than her wanting me to be her personal guard after watching me kick the boys' asses earlier." She said and scratched her temple, looking away from her commander, "Although the warriors acknowledged my strength earlier, the Madam spilled the beans of me being Lieutenant and revealing my status as a commoner. She was quite lively after our visit from the training grounds."
