The Ticargae is a bizarre and trans-gendered entity about 8 feet tall.

Biology:
The Ticargae is a 8 foot tall transgender entity. It has a radial, flower-shaped mouth with four parts laced in sharp teeth which is perched on a long serpentine neck. Near the base of the mouth are four spikes and three eye stalks. The eyes in nature seem reptilian. It has leathery, orange wings that enable the being to fly. Ticargae have sharp talons for fingers and double jointed legs. They can live in any environment that is Carbon or Silicon based.

Habitat:
The Ticargae world of origin is unknown, it's rumored to be somewhere in the Perseus arm of the Milky Way. Their architecture is spherical with multiple hatch-like doors. They can become uncomfortable when on lengthy interstellar journeys.

Culture:
Ticargae are ruthless, savage, and exploitative conquerors that have an insatiable appetite for conquest. Upon conquering a planet, they exploit both the native lifeforms and the resources. They use technologically inferior species as beasts of burden for their war industry.
