That is way too funny on so many levels. It's great to see Derpy being so darned cool, but she's also so insensible. A tether line? For a pegasus? Still, she looks hella cool falling, with the great music as she fires away, so clichΓ© yet awesome... until the line goes taut and all of her cool just falls away, literally. Then she just looks like the slow and senseless young mare we all love.
The zombie ponies' reaction cracks me up even more after that. It just keeps getting better with every single panel, right to the end. It's awesome. 
The artwork is fantastic throughout, all around from the amazing composition, great figures, and beautiful coloring. The expressions are just perfect throughout, even for the undead. Oh, and the mustache and "touristy" shirt on Spike is a nice touch.
You are an amazing artist and storyteller. Thanks for making and sharing such a funny and beautiful piece.

You know... with the constant near-cyclical bouncing and hopping that actually makes a ton of sense. The stampede scene in "Applebuck Season" as a perfect example.
