I really hope they give Gilda that chance to be redeemed. At the least I'd like to see another few Gryphons in an episode or two... But honestly, I think Gilda could be an excellent character... if she can get over those anger issues.

I'm pretty sure Gilda used to be nicer than she turned out in "Griffon the Brush-Off"; Rainbow Dash can be shallow and unobservant, but I have a hard time buying that she'd become friends with Gilda as obsessed with appearing cool and not giving a damn about others' feelings as she was in that episode.

In other words, in the years they didn't see one another, Dash matured (not much, but a little bit) while Gilda regressed. I've seen it happen to people I knew back in school, and it's sometimes a damn shame.

Yeah, seriously. Both are voiced by Maryse Hendrikse. When I heard Gilda, I was like: "Is that... Revy?" Then I got my Black Lagoon DVDs. "Holy shit, it IS Revy!" It's so hilarious to hear Gilda now, since it's the same voice that says "Eat shit, cocksucker!" often and with ardour

well . . .that's like saying Luna is my fave pony, though she's not, I'd like to say Gilda is, but she is like Luna in that we don't know much about her. she is only seen in one episode.
I can say that she is more attractive than the main cast. but that right now Twilight is my fave. if they show more Gilda in the second season I might change my mind.
