their cheeks/nose looks too round somehow makes me think "chubby", their eyes do not fit in my opinion, and it doesnt look like she has round eyeballs, their body anatomy is weird overall, has way too many round curves (in general) or something >.>
Also, the lack of detail is somehow bothering me, or at least that's how my brain perceives it
Im not saying that this is bad obviously, just in case it's not obvious

The younger princess is lovely as a young woman, still rather sleek yet definitely not a child. I dare say, she has even more style and charm than Rarity with just enough but not too much in the way of accessories to highlight her own style. The train (in place of a tail?) wrapped over her right foot threw me a little at first but is still pretty neat. The dress of stars is lovely, though tight gown underneath is lovely too.
Her pose on top of the column is sweet, apparently crouching a little to keep steady against the breeze without a risk of "falling into it" (though maybe she can still fly, but still better not to fall off). Even if it's blowing her earrings up at least it's not too windy to keep all those sparkling little friends from flitting about her and showing their love.
Luna's face is lovely, more so with a happy expression, and I can't help but wonder what she's thinking as she takes in the night. The clouds give the moonlight night a bit more character too, adding to the overall awe of the scene.
