lololololol. I beleive the episode you're talking about is Party of one. Never liked that one. Those poor events turned Pinkie Pie into... that. not to mention it possibly was the cause of cupcakes... Poor Pinkie.

Fun Fact! Cupcakes was created BEFORE Episode 25: Party of One, so perhaps the entire flat-haired depression thing and the freaky scene of her totally losing it at the party was actually influenced by it? Scary to imagine.
