Zeppelins are, in their own right, Pimp. Much pimper, in fact, than blimps. However, whether or not Zeppelins are Pimp has no bearing on the Pimpness of Blimps. Zepplin's and Blimp's Pimpness are Completely seperate entities and The Fact that Zepplins are Pimp is not mutually incompatible with the fact that Blimps are Pimp.

I don't think Soundwave should really count since he's just so patently ridiculous! There's also the possibility that in-universe he's maintaining his mass well, but it doesn't translate so well when shown on the TV. This is a good handwave for most issues with Transformers and their transformations.

Actually, the gain and/or loss of mass a Transformer goes through as they switch between robot and alt modes has been a bit of a running gag throughout the series. That actually kinda dovetails nicely with this comic.
Also, as soon as I saw the Decepticon insignia, I half expected Starscream, as a result of Screw Attack's Death Battle clip between him and Rainbow Dash.

Also, it looks like she actually GAINED some mass going to bot mode. Still wouldn't matter. Having that big ass balloon attached to her like that would still blow her away. She'd have to be at least as big as the balloon itself to stand a chance of not being Gone With the Wind.

I would argue that a transforming robot balloon isn't exactly practical as far as Transformers goes. But then again compared to Micheal Bay's Decepticon with genitalia (Transformers 2) I'm gonna agree with you.
