im not saying 10 wasnt cool. He did cool things. But hes the doctor, thats what the doctor does. 11 does the same sorta cool things, but with style and an attitude that makes him awesome.
11 he was quarky, but idk, he wasnt really out there. Maybe he was a bit too human for the doctor for my taste? anyway i still think 11 is at least 20% cooler then 10.
i also like 9. Hes about on par with 10, i was sad he only had one season as the doctor.
