So there is clarity, the artist was inspired by the concept of the idea, and ideas stem from many others factors. If you are aware, some of us share the same ideas, but each of us execute and conceptualise them differently. At this stage in art, many things have been done before, what we can do is try to expand on them.

that's exactly what I thought after reading elultimodeseo's complaint on her journal--
I mean, he didn't steal the shot, although the composition and concept stands the same, this one is much more detailed and focused, the toast is not burnt and the word is delicatedly crafted-
this one gives much more strenght to the concept the jimena created, and he even gives credit
*so, it's "remake", not steal. he didn't even "use" her photo as she says, re totally re-made it :/
