You're welcome, I mean my characters touching anything such as books, objects, other people (anything), etc. It just looks a bit forced or awkward, I haven't 'mastered' it yet

it is no shame to use them. the old masters in art also used models or statues as reference.

xD yeah. that's why i never understand how people can say, it is bad to use references. it is not. pictures look much better when you used them. even if you used them just for details like a hand or a leg, or a expression, right?

Well if you really think about it every picture somebody draws is a reference (in a way) You can't really draw something you've never "seen" before, in one shape or another.

schön, dass es dir gefällt, auch wenn mein bild nicht wirklich viel jugendstil elemente an sich hat im endeffekt. ich hatte kreise um die glyphen im schlüsselloch machen sollen, glaub ich...

Ohja, die sind klasse. Ich liebe auch die Jugendstilmöbel. Ich war vor einer Woche in einem Museum in Köln, wo die Möbel/Schmuck/Geschirr vom Mittelalter bis zum Jugendstil hatten. Da waren echt wundervolle Sachen bei...Die hatten da ein Jugendstilsofa *-* Traumhaft!

Ja, es ist strenger Jugendstil, nicht so verschnörkelt und assymetrisch, aber ich finds klasse!
Mhh, das könnte gut aussehen...
