Quincy Archer, from Bleach manga, by Kubo Taito (was that his name? dun remember now....). Har, yup, me likes Quincy Archer, he's a bishie bastard....
Or not, dunno what's the rest of the story, since i'm just following TW scanlations.... Well, whatever, maybe i'll finish this later. For now, I just wanted to sketch him.
