Well this is a weird request.I'm pretty new the DC Universe but I do know that Heath Ledger's Joker is awesome which is why this is supposed to be just a fanart of him. But we end up wanting to have Harley Quin in there too and since she doesn't have a movie counter part yet, we took Margot Robbie's Harleyquin from the upcoming Suicide Squad film.
Joker and Harleyquin belongs to DC.
