I love Harley Quinn, she's one of my favorite Batman characters. I really connect with her in a lot of ways, she's deeper than most people recognize.Costume was made by Meredith Placko and the mask was Dragonfyre Designs . I love this costume, I realize now that I haven't worn it to a con yet.
