I'm drawing every OC I remember using until I don't have anymore to draw. Don't ask about the expression, kinda just drew whatever for her. This is Mizu, my first Utauloid that I ever started working on, and she doesn't really have a concrete design specifically so I could draw her however I wanted for any type of song (I could just do that regardless of design fluidity, but hindsight is 20/20 ig). I kinda referenced the outfit from the second oldest picture I ever drew of her. It's also important to note this was drawn on my PC. I didn't touch Ibis on my phone to edit this art, so if you're wondering, that's why it's so janky.
