Give Ribbon's version some LOVE <3

Earlier that morning, Skye and Josie conjured up a scheme for Josie to get to know one of CUC's new boys. The idea was for the introduction to take place in a more natural setting as opposed to a formal meeting and Josie was to then report back after with her opinion on him. And so, pacing out of the arena after a successful trot up a few hours later, she did just that. Just as Skye predicted, the potential rider candidate for CUC, Benji, was waiting his turn with the spotted stallion Coqui. The horse donned a gleaming coat that Josie could tell would have been hell to keep clean and a lovable attitude as he took keen to Dot. She and Benji exchanged some brief conversation about him and his qualities, even how both of them came to be at CUC, before parting ways as the boys were called into the vet check. Mission accomplished.

Benji couldn't get a perfect read on the blonde woman and her bay mare who seemed to know a bit more about him than he thought would be normal. She sounded well acquainted with CUC but he couldn't tell why that was the feeling he took away from their conversation. Nonetheless, she was kind, polite and did put him at ease. He refrained from speaking much at public events due to his accent making him feel incredibly insecure. Benji and Coqui managed their vet check and retreated to the stables to ask Jay if he knew who the woman with the argyle socks was.

"Skye!" Josie pottered up to her and Chris that evening. "So I met him earlier - he's so nice, I get what you see in him. Pretty face. Great physique. Rideable."
Chris nearly had his water come up his nose from snorting at the description being relayed to Skye about... their possible new hire? Lana's hand quickly found the back of Chris' skull, whacking him for taking the comments the wrong way.
"Not the horse Josie- the MAN" Skye looked at her with a sense of amusement and disbelief.
The room erupted with laughter from Skye's response, all of them caught up in the given description of their possible new "rider".

SO this collab took.... a year.... bless EquineRibbon for just sticking it out with me on a story piece.
